This bar has one of the best locations in all of Brighton! It is located at the end of the pier. It is a massive bar with many options of draught and tap beer. One thing I really liked was that we were allowed to bring food from nearby restaurants and stalls which was ideal as there was a fish and chips place right outside it which didn’t have much seating. There was not much staff when I went which I didn’t enjoy, but that probably has to do with the holiday season. Overall a great bar in a great location!

There were heaps of staff on but tables were dirty and needed a clean. Service was friendly but due to covid I had no idea of table service or anything. Food wasn't bad. But given these tough times I feel a bit more could have been done.

The Oasis.... it's really nice place I went in Brighton an Saturday very sunny was incredible after long walk on Pier just turn on left and found A place like this. Great choice of beers and cocktails, big and clean, you go outside and is like sit on the Dea. Must Se e 4 believe it. Recommend.

You will find Horatio's Bar towards the end of the Palace Pier in Brighton. It's a nice enough pub with sunny outside seating areas toward the front and the back (I prefer the back, it's more quiet) and a spacious bar area inside. There's a fair range of national and international lagers and IPAs, along with all other kinds of alcoholic beverages. A good place to take a break from the hustle and bustle on the pier.

It has been done up recently, the decor and seating area look great. Fantastic area to sit outside on the pier, with great views, when it is not too windy. Love the big screen additions on the outside and inside showing football etc. The staff were dismissive in wanting to serve us, they were clearly ready to go home and did not want to make any drink that was too difficult. Toilets were in a right state. Flooded in 3 of them, atleast 1 blocked, toilet brush discarded in the middle of a cubicle and wet toilet tissue all over the floors.

Brighton beach views and a beer garden. Venue does live music and sports, definitely an escape for parents on the busy pier. I didn’t try the food but the Pier Lager was a treat.

The setting is lovely sitting outside on the pier over looking the sea......but the cocktails are disgusting i ordered a Pina Colada and it tasted like watery orange juice....there shouldn't even be orange juice in a Pina Colada 🙄 and a cocktail glass cost £9.95 massive rip off !!! 😠

Lovely bar and views. Sit outside for great views. Only problem is very uncomfortable new wooden chairs inside. There is some comfortable seating inside but in the minority.

Not cheap, not crowded, slow service, but when needs must, you're on a pier on a hot day. There is an outdoor area which is busier and we would have had to queue for. If you want a cocktail you have to go to an outside bar which is inconvenient.

Nice staff and a great view from the seating area at back. Don’t take food outside though as the gulls like to steal. Pier lager worth a try instead of the fosters

Our first outing after lockdown and we had a great experience at horatios. The staff were friendly and helpful and our waitress Katie was great! Patient with the children, great fun and really friendly, the food was average, kids meals a bit sparse and I wouldn't reccomened the burger but overall a great experience, they also have a large amount of outdoor seating under cover with heaters.

After my second visit here, I was indeed again impressed by not only the amount, but the quality of food offered. My friend and I ordered the Horatio Burger with Fries and a side of onion rings for the table! It was such great food and very filling. The atmosphere here is amazing and the choice of seating is also great. There are pier outside seating at the back of the bar overlooking the waters, outside seating at the front with buzzing atmosphere of the pier's environment and inside seating pulling you away from all the noise and buzz of the pier itself. The busy days here would have you waiting at the bar for a while but its worth it, showing how much everyone wants to be there! The staff are friendly and welcoming always smiley and approachable. Great place to relax after all the arcade playing and roller-coaster riding. Family Friendly!!

Summer season and they close the bar at 10pm?! Tables not cleared and pizza everywhere. Not exactly clean. Jug of pimms £20 is a fairly good deal. Overall not massively impressed.

What a really fantastic honest place I was on holiday in brighton and had a few drinks and left but left my sunglasses when I phoned the bar up when I got bk to Liverpool I said thay had them and not to worry and sent them by post so thanks.

Very big pub with lots of outside space, right on the pier. I always come here when in Brighton. The staff are lovely, and the prices are good. It's great to chill out on their free wifi, or to watch the rides, and get some sunshine.

Obviously due to the location it's going to do well here. Right near the end of the pier so there are some great views of the beachfront. Decent amount of seating both inside and out. Not a massive amount of booze selection but there were some items I hadn't seen elsewhere, such as some of the rums. Not too expensive considering they essentially have a captive market if your not prepared to leave the pier.

Horatios bar is pretty much everything you might expect from a pier bar. Excellent views, big screen showing current sports in the "beer garden" (not so much a garden but outside seating) where you can sit and watch the world go by in the sunshine. Reasonable food options & passable beer if you don't want real ale

Decent sized bar within Brighton Pier. Really friendly staff and nice outside area too (amazing views). We used the area for a private event and were well looked after. The food on offer was top notch as well.
