Reviews of The Hole in The Wall

I almost want to mark it down because this is pretty close to the pub of my dreams. Someone else has brought my dreams to life and I just get to visit. Always a good range of beer, which is vitally always on good condition. Clearly run by people who know and live pubs. No gimmicks, just all done really well. Cosy, inviting vibes, great snacks, conveniently close to town and sea. Games, great service & lots of other appreciative pubby features like those wrought iron stools & mandatory hooks under the bar, all in a compact welcoming space. 👍👍👍🍻

One of Brighton’s best. Great range of beer both cask and keg. Friendly staff. Great atmosphere. A pub that has a great local clientele that is also very welcoming. The perfect combination. Ideally situated close to the beach but only a short walk from the city centre. Well worth a visit.

DUDE what an awesome pub. For beer fans, this is what Brighton has been SCREAMING out for. No pretence what-so-ever (a very rare thing in this town!), a beer selection beyond criticism, served with quality in mind, and a game of Toad-in-the-Hole out the back. Best pub in Brighton.

Superb addition to the 'micro' pub range in Brighton. Away from the throngs of youngsters (but still within 5' minutes of main shops, seafront etc) the former Queensbury Mews pub has been very stylishly converted into a modern micro-style pub. Very knowledgeable bar staff will help customers choose a suitable drink. 12 keg beers/lagers and 3 cask ales available on my visit. Cocktails also available. In line with 'micro' pubs, The Hole only has pub snacks, such as crisps, nuts, pork scratchings etc, but again a wide selection of these so take advantage!!
The Hole in the Wall has opened during the extremely challenging Covid pandemic and deserves to succeed. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Tucked away just off the seafront, this cosy pub is well worth a visit. Good range of craft beers served by the knowledgeable landlord, and you won't find many places with a Toad In The Hole game...

A gem of a pub, hidden from the touristy bits. Great selection of beers, served in tip top condition by friendly bar staff.

A great, honest pub. Hidden gem, as the name might suggest, a treat for beer drinkers and the rest alike. Great location. Great spot for whatever you’re looking for. Do come

Great little pub and lovely selection of well kept ales

Excellent pub near the Brighton sea front. It's tucked away in a back street, literally yards from the front. It has an excellent selection of beers, most of which are displayed on the chalk board in the front room. Prices are very reasonable for beers on tap and cans, which you can buy to take out. The staff are very pleasant and friendly. If you are going to a show at the Conference Centre, this is a great place for a pre-show drink. There is also a good selection of restaraunts nearby and the Churchill Shopping Centre is also close by. A gem of a pub.

Headed here for a quiet pint on a very busy day in Brighton. It didn’t disappoint.
