Outdoor seating area is very nice, both shaded and sunny areas. Unfortunately the roast dinner didn't have much flavour. Overall under seasoned on the potatoes, pork belly crackling was soft and pigs in blankets come on a plate soaked in gravy.

Fantastic Thai food, we have been ordering to collect most weeks since they reopened during the first lockdown! I phone ahead with my order, am given an accurate time to come down and pick it up! Great Chicken Pad Thai and Tofu stir fry with cashew nuts! Handling covid restrictions very well, feel very safe picking my order up! No photo of the food I’m afraid as we were too keen to eat!! 😄

This pub is a 'local' boozer. Has Harvey's ale and guest beers alongside the standard brand lagers - you can get a decent pint here. Prices for beer don't seem out of the ordinary for Brighton. TV seems to always be on showing football. Can't comment on the food as I've never eaten here. Friendly staff and comfy atmosphere.

Always a friendly and relaxed welcome here. Not one of your fancy gastro pubs but more traditional giving you a relaxed atmosphere. Good for big screen football so avoId match days if your not interested. If you are come and join the locals for a good match atmosphere. Kenny (the bar manager) is always on hand to see things are running smoothly.

I'm in a band called Vagabond Blues and we played at he Long Man on 3rd March. Kenny the bar manager, I believe, made us most welcome and the whole evenings experience was superb. Great, friendly atmosphere. Would love to play there again. Cheers people. 😀 👍

Thai food is very good. Sunday lunch is obviously reheated. Roast pots have thick skins and the rest is piled on top. Meat is very nice and tender tho, it would be as it's very slow cooked. All topped with a very large Yorkshire pudding. I have had worse pub roast, but not many.

Been twice. Impressed at the first. The second visit was also okay although had a word with the chef how a wilmington special can look totally different from each other when ordered at the same time on diners of the same table. . . Having said that, food still tasty.

Comfy place. Lounge and public bar, Thai food in evening (not Sunday), Sunday roasts, garden, easy street parking, efficient staff - short waits even when busy. Fairly expensive drinks. And no WiFi without giving your life history away.

Just got home from our local pub The Longman after a tiring day at work. Although not till 5.30, my daughters and I had the most amazing roast dinner!! Been before and never disappointed! I had Pork and my 3 girls the vegetarian Wellington. Cant fault it, or the friendly chef and chatty blonde waitress! My only regret is not asking the gorgeous male customer with his dog ( Daisy), for his phone number!! Xxx

The roasts at The Longman are amazing, been going for years. I think the drinks should be cheaper, but then it is always busy at the weekends, so why would they? I would rather pay a few extra £ for good food than save and risk disappointment. Worth a visit.

A great Dave Lions pub, does exactly what its supposed to do.. Friendly, good drinks, nice atmosphere and if feeling peckish, food on tap that's not burger n chips but something healthy for a change . Brilliant!

Please remember that Pint costs £4.15 on Sat 24th May 2018 and petrol cost nearly £5 a gallon. Therefore Proprietor should make sure clintal get full pint or explaination of shortage due to froth etc.

Here, I first came across a beer called Foster, and found out that the Korean beer I drank was garbage. From next time, you should only drink soju in Korea. The pursuit is so good, and the atmosphere is also comfortable as it comes in many families. The shop is divided into bars and restaurants, so you can enjoy a variety of atmospheres. Oh, I want to go again. (Original) 이 곳에서 처음 선데이로스트 먹었는데 일요일만 되면 선데이로스트가 먹고 싶어진다. 여기서 포스터라는 맥주를 처음 알게 되었는데 내가 마셨던 한국의 맥주들은 쓰레기라는걸 알게 되었다. 다음부터 한국에서는 소주만 마셔야지. 추구보기 너무 좋구 분위기도 가족 단위로 많이 와서 편안한 분위기다. 가게가 바와 식당으로 나뉘어있어 다양한 분위기를 즐길 수 있다. 아 또 가고싶다.
