L. M.Loved this gem of a pub. A proper public house not one masquerading as a restaurant. Great atmosphere, great music, great drinks, would definitely go back if I am ever in the area again.
B. H.Really nice old traditional pub in the heart of Brighton center. Good selection of ale of tap. All the other usual drinks from a pub. It does have out front outdoor seating area. Staff are polite and helpful and I will go back to sample some more of there rare cask ales. Yum 😋.
S. T.Had a really good experience in here last week. We were made to feel very welcome. Barman was very friendly and helped carry our buggy down the stairs in the pub. Reasonable selection of craft beers although very IPA focussed and no cask ale.
S. E.Really fantastic staff. Great atmosphere. Beautiful decor - traditional but clean and bright. I really enjoyed it. Lovely pints on tap. The glasses are super cute too - wee gulls on them.

S. M.Love everything about this place. Once you walk into the bar, you are sent to a place where music laughs and good drinks take you away. Time is of no concept when you have amazing music and 3 sitting areas to choose from. Much needed after a long day of shopping and sight seeing.
T. F.LOVE THIS place, AMAZING IPA's and even more amazing staff. Its fast becoming my regular. When you are greeted with such a hospitable welcome each time you come in you know they are doing things right. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Brighton.
C. S.I have been there a few time with my colleagues afterwork and its such a nice pub with a cool atmosphere.They also got really nice craft beers. Went for a cheeky drink today and asked to the waitress (the girl who was wearing a floral tshirt and a hairband) if I could keep one of the seagull glasses they got as they really cool. She was so helpful and lovely. Such a good customer service. Totally recommend this pub ❤️

j. K.Me and my wife were walking pass the pub, and thought it look a nice pub. We went in and glad we did. The owner was so friendly and explained
the different lagers. We was only going to have two at the most, but the beer was so good and the owner so friendly and helpful that we stayed
and had a few beers. The pub it selve is lovely and cortable. I definitely recommend this pub to everybody. They have live music some nights.
We come from London, but the next time we are in Brighton, we will go to this pub again
