Can’t wait to come back! We ordered 2 sharing platters between 4 of us and wow.. the portions are extremely generous but most importantly the food was so so tasty! The pub is really chilled and plays fab music. Staff are very helpful and welcoming to! Overall had a faultless visit. Thank you 🙂

Po’ Boys food is INCREDIBLE! So happy with our food and the service. We ordered a sharing platter with loaded fries with brisket which was so so good. The beef melts in your mouth. The frickles are very good. The garlic butter and hot sauce are amazing! So happy with our food. Great value for money. We’ll be back for sure.

Turned up on a Sunday without booking so we were very happy to get a seat for a roast. The food took a little while to come out but they kept us updated and also added a slice of beef to our 2 pork roasts so no complaints from me! The portions were very hearty and thoroughly enjoyed. We also got the pigs in blankets wheel which was delicious. The only downside was no coffee machine and 2 points of coke cost £7! But would definitely go back again for another mammoth roast 😁

Nice, friendly bar. It's only got 4* as they only have stool's and a couple of benches against walls to sit on. I would have liked a few chairs with backs as stools get uncomfortable too quickly for me.

Great staff and beer. Shocking music and food. Being subjected to Spice girls, Timberlake and TLC in 2021 is unacceptable and if your serving Mexican food please give it the flavour it deserves, in fact just give some flavour. Could be a really cool bar but alas they haven't quite managed to achieve it. We'll done to the lovely staff.

Another new find on our visit to Brighton. Loved the decor. Went Saturday an back again sunday, prefered Saturday vibe, very good member of staff afraid didnt get her name but bright pink hair! Proper barmaid knew what she was doing! (Im a publican! ) 😁 our boy george loved his view too!

Great outdoor/indoor bar. The place has lots of great drinks, and some really nice food. The atmosphere is great and feels abuzz. Would definitely recommend visiting if you're looking for a bar to just come and have a great time.

I like this place. Open late. Good selection of beers and spirits. The food is good and the kitchen changes from time to time. Lots of seating with some outdoor benches. The burgers are nice at the moment. Hope the Curry Leaf comes back

Really good vibe in here, open feel with the front doors/windows open. Loved the decor and the barmaid was friendly. They were doing food provided by the Mexican halisco at the time and it was a really tasty lunch. The food came in baskets with foil in, the only thing that was a bit of a pain was the foil breaking up as I tried to cut up the quesadilla so had to be careful not to eat the foil. 5 stars though!

Great pub, lots going on. It's not cheap but its city centre so fair enough really. The staff that I met were all really friendly and helpful. I didn't eat but the food I saw looked great. Lots of info about allergy stuff too so it looks like they are really well set up for that (I have a daughter with some really serious allergies so I tend to notice that even if she's not with me!)

Not really my personal cuppa, well craft beer wise not really offering much I haven't seen before service was good just, a little unfamiliar with products behind on sale. I wouldn't not go there but for a night out. But for a Cheeky after work pint personally not for me. Still has a great selection to offer if you want something different and want to get you're feet wet on the craft spectrum. But if you are well versed I personally would say not to go, unless you are meeting people there.

Great pub, nice ambiance, fab food visited late afternoon on a weekday with our two young children - allowed till 8pm - we tried the burgers and fish and chips - good range of beers. Not an old man's pub - more friendly urban and inclusive. Definitely return.

A vast improvement on how this bar used to be! Very cool and trendy decor. Good seating areas and I have heard great things about the food. I have not yet tried myself. My only gripe would be is that the music a bit too loud! Maybe that is because I am old though 😉

Bustling pub which is usually packed! Sells good drinks, the food is great and the range of events on offer will please a wide variety of folk. Sometimes it takes a while to get served. UPDATE: had burgers from here last night and they were incredible!!! Chilli fries and the blue cheese burger. absolutely gorgeous!!!

Great range of craft beers. Don't expect guinness and other standards though, but I don't mind that! Pretty great atmosphere too although it can be quite busy especially when it's sunny and the doors are open. Their food is also well worth a try as it is inspired by the Curry Leaf Cafe. I've had a few things and some have been up to the high standard of the Curry Leaf while other's haven't quite, but on average at least pretty good! I do like the curry fish and chips - tasty and spicy!

Amazing food, rotating ales, nice staff. Sunday roast was hands down the best in Brighton but apparently they're changing it for the summer because they think people won't want it in the hot weather!!!!!!! They're wrong!!!! Have to find somewhere else to go on Sundays (again!)

Beautiful Louisiana Street food! Huge portions and oh so very tasty! My husband isn't bothered by food usually but he absolutely loved it and didn't stop going on about it for days! Staff were really friendly and helpful too! Can't wait to visit when we come back to Brighton soon!
