Today, I met my relatives at this vibrant pub and I was greeted by a warm atmosphere. Usually, we would visit the nearby Lawns, but we considered giving this place a chance, and we were right to do so. We sat near the entrance doors to the kitchen and our meals were delivered to our table without us having to wait too long. The staff were down to earth and polite, football was shown on the wall-mounted flat screen TV, and music was playing, which somewhat interfered with our conversation, albeit it was anything but unsettling. Someday, I may visit again.

Popped in on Friday with my mum. Served very quickly and delicious food. Waitress was very attentive and Connor the chef made a great chicken and mushroom pie! Very reasonable price too

Cheap enough meals and drinks. Very busy and had to clear and clean the tables first. Asked for a rare steak and got one cremated. Couldn't send it back as the kitchen had closed. No deserts available 😒 Staff very busy because of shortages....

Always lovely going to the farmhouse, we ordered on the App which was quick and easy, drinks were here within minutes and food took about 15 minutes overall. Very cheap prices and delicious food! And as always lovely staff

Great place to watch sport on tv, great atmosphere and the staff is great expectedly the staff Lisa takes care of you. and you can order the drinks or food using the app which is great without the bother getting up to go the bar!

Great place for a meal or a couple of drinks with friends, their bar is nicely compartmentalised into different sized sections suitable for various sized groups so that although it is a very large and spacious area it has plenty of cosy and more intimate area's to enjoy a proper conversation. Definite improvement in general atmosphere since I last visited.

We weren't able to book on the website so we took our chance and went. It was a Saturday evening so we didn't expect to be seated but thankfully we were. Such a vast menu of traditional pub grub, fair prices too! The gammon I had was amazing, though one was a little overcooked it still tasted fantastic. All of us were pleased with our meals, we didn't have to wait too long either! Would be even better to have had a designated area for people eating so we weren't so swamped by drinkers. But it is a pub after all.

Very disappointed that after over 10 years of patronage on a Friday Lunchtime. Chips & Curry sauce has not been available for the last 3 weeks. I appreciate that due to Covid and a shortage of HGV drivers some items are in short supply. But that excuse will only go so far. Please, please can we get back to the fast, efficient and friendly service I've come to expect over the years.

Really friendly staff and lovely food we've been as a group 3 times and never had any issues. It does get busy at weekends as it's a sports bar the one side bit doesn't interfere with dining. The waitress is a lovely lady she's busy all the time in and out the kutchen and shes still smiling.

Really good value, and can't fault the food. Had a good time here with friends. Nothing fancy or Master Chefy, but good quality pub grub. Some decent price offers on the menu too, and beer prices as low as you'll find in many pubs. Will definitely go again.
