Stayed in Bristol from Wales for a little birthday getaway and stumbled upon this place around 10pm. Very quiet at first and then it got pretty busy! 2 staff working were absolutely amazing at accommodating everyone and the cocktails are honestly the BEST I’ve ever had. It is slightly pricey but you pay for what you receive in my opinion! We asked for shots and were offered to choose anything from the back bar OR 3 random shots named “cannon ball” options were sweet, sour or strong. Loved this!! Fab atmosphere, great visit all round. Highly recommend!

Really cool place, nice service and wonderful cocktails. When choosing my next cocktail I was asked if I wanted the bar person to make me a tailored one. What I received was both tasty and beautifully presented.

We booked here for an evening of cocktails, and it was a fantastic evening. Our placement was great, we loved it, comfortable, music was great and it wasn't too loud either, just right. The staff were more than helpful, polite and friendly. The cocktails tasted AMAZING.🍹also watching how the bar staff made them was entertaining. We want to come back here again and we plan too in the future. I recommend!

Arrived for after dinner drinks. All staff were amazing. I was made to feel welcome from the moment I arrived from the bouncers to the front of house staff. Ben in particular was really attentive and nice to me when I was waiting for the rest of my party. I couldn’t recommend this place enough. Thanks guys!

Omg, such a nice place! Great recommendation from a friend. They make crazy stuff here. I mean like out of the planet connections joined into original cocktails. I won't lie, I did not like my first attempt. Looked good just not my cup of tea taste wise. Not a problem! I was offered smth instead.. The staff is absolutely fantastic, they go above and beyond to make sure you've got pleasant experience. RECOMMENDED! I'll be back for sure. Thank you guys 😊

Brilliant new cocktail bar in one of my favourite areas in Bristol. Millennium promenade has a nice new cocktail bar to its range or bars and eateries. The interior decor is modern and fresh looking, it's well maintained. Seating is comfortable, outside seating area is covered. Bar staff are friendly and welcoming. Prices are quite expensive.

Really lovely staff and the cocktails are great, lovely local art on the walls which is a great idea too! I’ve left 4 stars because my experience was as a whole much less enjoyable than when I last went there owing to the following reasons: a) no fun cups, the unicorn sippy cup specifically was amazing. I know people steal them so perhaps ask for £10 deposits or wallet/ID deposits when serving those funky caps because that was the reason I went back and I was so sad to not have the fun/jokey side of the drink b) ordering from an app when they used to have a lovely book of art explaining all the drinks that made me order more because I’d read and enjoy the book while drinking the drink I’d just ordered. The two above points above made it an experience worth telling friends about (and in my case yesterday dragging friends to) so I was sad to see the two things that made it stand out as somewhere special (for me anyway), had gone.

Decent little place, good range of cocktails slightly on the pricey side, compared to their neighbours who tend to offer 2 for 1 however they do not skimp out on the booze. quality cocktails and great staff - only down is the smallish venue, we have not had a problem getting in however have booked every time - can imagine you would struggle as a walk in on a sat! All in all, Deffo worth a visit, even just for a pit stop!

Excellent cocktails!but too much ice. Very clean and polite staff. We had a significant delay to be served because you can only order from an app. But overall it is an excellent place to spent your evenings. good job guys

Fantastic place! The staff were friendly and attentative with good timing checking in for more drinks and clearing finished ones. Decor was interesting, menu was fun, and the place felt very Covid safe. Most importantly the cocktails were delicious! Not only were they served in quirky vessels they tasted amazing! Friendly service and good cocktails in a relaxed environment. Their house cocktails are some pretty cheese names, but definitely worth a try. The place is priced a little more expensive than the majority of the establishments around it, but fairly so.

On our first venture to Bristol cocktail bars we decided to follow the outstanding reviews left on Google. Upon arrival we weren't suprised with the cool quirky decor and inviting staff. The bar tender was very helpful with suggestions on some amazing cocktails. So much so we'll bought half the menu and still craved more. We will definitely be coming back and we'd highly recommend "the American dream" for anyone who comes here. :) Xx

Excellent cocktails, imaginative and different; definitely worth a try if you like something original! But they also did have 'the usuals' if you wanted. And two for £10 from 5-8 pm just can't be bad. I didn't try one, but it also looked like the had some nice pints on draft as well. Table service by the very attentive staff was also very welcome. Would have been 5 stars, but just a shame that the music was inappropriate for the time of day when we went in (sweary rap music, which thankfully changed much later on). And the stools were hard - a comfortable area to realx in and enjoy the drinks would have been brilliant. We'll be back as we had an excellent evening there!

Visited here on one occasion during happy hour, quite a minimal decor inside and spacious. However, the cocktails we had seemed to have more ice and garnish than an actual drink, within a couple of mouthfuls it was gone. Will go there again to see if this was a one off experience.
