The place is amazing, great environment and food. Bottomless drinks menu is a brilliant idea for a friend party! We had an amazing brunch experience, provided by the amazing waitress Sarah! Thank you very much!

A well balanced experience. We went for a quick snack and bite. The ambiance is very nice and they seemed to be taking cleanliness and covid regulations very seriously. The customer service and waiting time could be improved if they added more staff on their shifts. Staff that were working were doing their best but you could easily notice the lack of staff, this caused a few unpleasant things that impacted the customer service negatively. Will visit again, hoping next time P&P will be placing customer service above of reducing their costs on their priority list.

Fantastic meal, fantastic staff we couldn't have been happier! We told the staff that we needed to order asap as we were going to the theatre and she was so obliging. Very quick service and so friendly. The food was great too! We'll definitely be going back.

Was not expecting the food to be this good! Met friends for a drink here and decided to get food too. We all had 2 small plates. It’s a bit noisy being on the main ‘night out’ strip of the harbour, but that also means good people watching. You soon feel comfortable speaking louder after a wine or two. Everyone had a great meal and will definitely be back!

Bar staff were really lovely . It was really busy here .drinks were pricey .I had non alcoholic option ; it was expensive over £10 for two drinks . Be warned a good few flights stairs if you need to use the toilet. But a good atmosphere .

We had a super time with you, made very special by your lovely staff, especially our little Polish waitress. She was so helpful, attentive and fun. It was my husband and I 51st wedding anniversary. We arrived at 11.00 for coffees and we were so comfortable we ended up staying until our lunchtime appointment at 1.00pm. All Six of us said what lovely food and superb service. I was pleasantly surprised by this place. Really tasty food. The Fish n chips was epic and Thai curry fresh and fragrant. Great friendly service. Tea came in cute pots too which was a nice touch.

Quick pitstop for lunch during a day out in Bristol with the four year old. Ignored the kids' menu and instead went for two sharing plates - the buttermilk chicken sliders (you get two with a decent level of heat), and the beetroot hummus with flatbreads (delicious). Plenty of space and came to about £18 for two sharing plates and two soft drinks. Staff were awesome too.

I'd booked a table before the date just in case . When we arrived (in dribs & drabs) we were greeted by our server who was MAGNIFICENT! 12 of us had pre-ordered but our 2 additions were still able to order their food & still recieved it at the same time as us. The food was wonderful - although a much reduced menu for Sundays I had the roast beef - & it was excellant. All plates were cleared! Our server bless him had to then perform a masterful duet with his card reader as we all paid individually! Overall 10/10 No complaints at all! The prices were comparative to today's economy.

Have not been in a P&P for years. So it was nice to find one. Pretty good menu. I have the Brunch Burger and Mum absolutely loved her Bangers and Mash. Only thing lacking was a friendly smile...in fact any sort of decent friendliness. Yeah it was a Tuesday lunch. Not the funnest of shifts. But, well, guys you’d smash Tips if you actually raised a grin, let alone a smile. Apart from that. Location, Food and Drinks, all spot on.

Very good service, nice atmosphere, good food selection for all. Everytime we go there we are impressed with, no matter how busy it is, every table is looked after properly and the staff are always friendly. However last night we were served by Irene, who was so polite and attentive to our group, we all felt so happy to have her as our waitress, she was friendly and checked on us, was positive and helped us to relax in a busy environment. Most importantly she made us feel that we mattered and treated us as individuals, fantastic place to enjoy Bristol night out without stress 😊

Have been going for years and have to say we werent pleased on this trip. We ordered drinks, they came out wrong, then they forgot, then they took ages. Next to Pryzm and spoons so fantastic if you're looking for a good night out. 2 for 1 before 8pm was great but the choice of cocktails was quite limited in comparison to other venues. Edited from 5 stars to 3 after a recent trip. First few trips have been good, but i visited on a date and it was not great. The wall heater on our table turned off every 2 minutes, other heaters stayed on much longer. Waited an hour for a waiter to take our food order, despite a waiter standing chatting at a table beside us for 10 minutes, they werent packed busy so this was disappointing. Food and drinks are excellent but service this week was disappointing.

Really nice bar. Went in with my wife and young son on a busy Saturday, when Bristol Pride was running, meaning it was incredibly busy!m throughout Bristol. Staff were very friendly, and once seated they got us a kids menu and made regular visits to the table to take orders and check up on us. Food was good, as were the drinks, and they all arrived in a timely fashion, despite how busy the place was.

Good Atmosphere but let down by inflexible cold service and poor food. Not made to feel welcome, not allowed to order or pay for food at the bar..had to go back to table and wait there for the bill despite the bar being empty. The food was cold and the steak burnt. Not impressed. Only giving 3 stars for the look and ambience of the place.

I had breakfast at Pitcher & Piano and found the food to be great. When I came in, they were closing down for refurbishing so they didn't have much left in stock but what they did have, was lovely and reasonably priced. The restaurant was empty and it took around 10 minutes for a glass of tap water and 15 minutes for a coffee with no apology on the wait but aside from that, the staff were fine. There is outdoor seating overlooking the river and bridge which you can also spot from inside the restaurant. The atmosphere was nice and welcoming so I can't wait to see what it will look like when they open up.

Nice position overlooking the river. Welcoming atmosphere with cheerful crowd chattering in the pub. We both ordered teriyaki beef skewers which came with a tasty stir-fry. However, we both found only one skewer was edible, the beef on the other one was grissley and inedible. This was a great pity as the edible one was delicious. If we go there again we'll have burger and chips like the majority of people eating.

Good quality, tasty food, but you pay a bit more than average - still fair value for money though. For your extra couple of pounds you get lovely surroundings, good service and food that's a cut above the average. Kids menu is pretty good for children with a moderate appetite. Great location, with loads of other bars restaurants and cafes nearby. £5.10 for a pint of Peroni though - ouch! Have a Pravha instead!

Great place for groups. Went there as part of a team event and the main floor was perfect for a group get together. If you're a couple, the mezzanine level offers a quieter, more intimate space - and more comfortable seating! Beautiful, sophisticated pub and popular watering hole for the various offices around so do note this is a social, busy place most evenings. Very high capacity as the building has three floors, unfortunately the toilets are on the very top floor so if you are sat on the second and third floor there is fairly constant foot traffic.

We went to Pitcher and Piano on a whim. Well we were really glad that we did. On arrival it was filling up with folks who must of just finished work so was a little loud. My daughter wasn't feeling comfortable in this situation and we were thinking of leaving. Our server Jorge then went out of his way to make her feel comfortable. As we were taking our seat he dropped of the Childs menu and then left....to return with crayons for her to do some colouring (in most places we end up needing to ask for these). In regards to the food. I had the Cajun Buttermilk Chicken Burger.. it was good but could of done with a little Louisiana sauce (not a complaint I just like hot sauce). My partner had the Halloumi Burger and it was superb, amazing taste, beautifully presented, fries and coleslaw also included (she is vege so its difficult to find tasty food for her). My daughters chicken goujons were good and well presented. The food was delivered surprisingly quick. 5 star all the way. Jorge was very attentive and we felt looked after so big👍
