Visited Easter Saturday for a meal with some friends. Good old pub with friendly staff. Our Burger had bacon and mushrooms and was fab. My wife could not finish hers. Thanks

What a great little pub! There was a warm and friendly atmosphere with a very good choice of food on the menu, and the proportions were great. And the beer was good too. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

Today I attended my great uncles wake here. The staff and service was impeccable. It was very busy we packed the pub out. The food looked and tasted wonderful. Thank you to everyone at the Rose and Crown. Would definitely recommend this place. I can't rate it high enough 💜

We rang on the off chance of a table for lunch and was offered a table in the bar by the window. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the food was delicious. Will definitely be returning 👍👍

Great Sunday lunch, heard a lot about it but never got there untill this week, we sat in the public bar as restaurant booked out but lovely local pub atmosphere and food was first class and good value for money, well worth a visit but if on a Sunday need to book first

Lovely food and a very good size portions and plenty to choose from all freshly cooked. I really enjoyed my meal. The rose & crown is a lovely village pub. The staff were all very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. I'd also like to say 10/10 for how clean the place is. I will definitely be returning again soon.

An INDEPENDENT pub ( no chain) lovely home cooked Sunday lunches and plenty of other choice. As retro is now the 'in' thing this is genuine retro like pubs used to be before they were wrecked by chains. Visit you won't be disappointed

Very clean toilets and clear signage everywhere. The food was exactly as ordered. Very good, as was my pint of cider. The staff were very cheerful and helpful, which always makes me feel relaxed. All in all a pleasent experience.

Although this pub is located on the main road it can be easily overlooked, as I did many times. Having sampled their Sunday lunch I was pleasantly surprised and can only recommend. My family including grandchildren were made very welcome. With the food to a high standard. Free car parking is available.

Great homemade food, fantastic atmosphere and superb beer. Family friendly with lots of events for all throughout the year. Beer festival not to be missed - look out for the ale sponsored by the aptly named Pump 'n' Dump.

This is the local pub in the village of Rangeworthy. There is a bar and a lounge. We went into the lounge and were walmly welcomed by staff and locals alike. Plenty of choice in drinks and they offer a wide range of food. We had 12oz rumps which arrived quite quickly, one rare and one medium rare. Good selection of vegetables too. Shall go again next time we are in the area.

Been here a few times, a pleasant local pub with ok atmosphere. Food wasn't great though, wife's liver was underdone and my rare steak was very rare, not very hot and pale on outside suggesting that grill was not hot enough, fortunately I'm ok with very rare. Pepper sause was also not great, very thick and gloopy with not much flavour.
