Amazed at how much nicer the black horse feels since the revamp! Feels really upmarket but still relaxed and cozy as you want a local pub to be. Great gin selection, plus lots of deals like 4 bottles of whatever for something. Landlord was friendly, liked all the dogs hanging round! Good community vibes

Lovely Marston's pub in the centre of Cirencester. Excellent value for money - my wife and I ate from the 2 for £10 menu, which was certainly plentiful! Nice and friendly staff and warm and cosy inside! Well worth a visit!

I've been here a few times, always in the section at the front rather than the rowdier bit at the back. I go here because its convenient and inoffensive, but it's a bit soulless and not brilliant for just a bit of a drink and a catchup.
