This is an atmospheric pedestrianised area with several bistro / wine bars all with comfortable outdoor and indoor seating and the area in front of and inside the castle has recently been pedestrianised with lots of outdoor seating where varied drinks and refreshments etc can be taken
Toni and his staff are really friendly providing fantastic service with a great selection of Italian wines including " Sclavia " from their own family run vineyard in Southern Italy
Meals are authentic Italian and freshly prepared including hot food , pizzas , meat platters and cheeses all delicious
This is a fantastic place to enjoy authentic Italian cuisine with an excellent bottle of wine or a bottle of Processeco and enjoy the cosmopolitan atmosphere of this great area
We love it and highly recommend it !
D. C.Honestly probably didn't do this place justice. Stopped here for a last drink of the evening and would like to have had the time to stop for a more thorough exploration of what seemed to be a solid wine list, Staff attentive and courteous. Had some lovely Tuscan red.
S. G.Went to a wine tasting last night and thoroughly enjoyed the experience.Tony and Gilbert were fantastic hosts and really know their wine. Their passion for it shone through and really made the evening.
Stayed for some food after and can highly recommend the pizza.

g. t.Walking through Cardiff with friends and family this evening looking for somewhere to go for a drink after dinner when we walked past Prego and Tony gave us a big wave to come in . A lovely atmosphere welcomed us with fantastic service from Patricia and Tony , a fantastic menu with something for everyone , couldnt recommend highly enough
