Out celebrating a birthday called in and took advantage of the 2 for 1 cocktails, recommended doing that.

Large group of us here for a meal. I enjoyed mine (bbq chicken) and had no issues but some people did say theirs wasn't hot and had to get it reheated, but had discount off the price due to this. Staff were very helpful. Big place and the toilets are downstairs. Lots of stairs. Pretty deco.

Great venue, convenient location and amazing service. I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional treatment, product knowledge and cocktail making skills of our bartender Geraint. Even though the place was busy, he made our night and ensured me and my group received the best treatment. Thank you to G, for making our visit such a unique experience! A real asset to the team!

Great food everything was cooked to perfection. Great choices on the menue will definitely be going back 10 out of 10. Keep it up. Popped in with the girls on a shopping day for bridesmaid dresses and stayed for food and drinks. Everyone was very professional and friendly

Great atmosphere. Went here for a couple of drinks before the rugby. There were long queues at the bar but the staff managed them well and served people in turn. A Scottish marching band turned up and had the complete pub filming then on their phones.

Ben Mitchell was the most amazing host we’ve ever had. Super attentive and was there for our every need. I could not recommend him enough. Totally amazing!

Popped in this evening before our train as it’s just around the corner. Been welcomed by a lovely Barman named Evan who recommended some lovely cocktails from the menu - definitely try the Blackforest Sour! Had a quick bite and Tom the server was friendly and really chatty - made some recommendations where to go next time we are in Cardiff ! Would definitely be back

Bottomless Brunch: Food was a 9/10 Atmosphere was an 8/10 Service was a 10/10 Laura was an excellent and attentive host, never an empty glass at the table - can't sing her praises enough. I'd wholly recommend a bottomless Brunch at Slug and Lettuce

This place was recommended to me by my fat friend Kirsty. She's a pathological liar, so I don't normally trust her judgement but I went anyway. I'm very glad I did. I thought Slug and Lettuce was just a hive for slags and/or hen parties, which ultimately it was, but had a great time nonetheless. Although I attempted to book over the phone, nobody answered despite calling what felt like a hundred times. Had a great time once we arrived though. The cocktails are always sometimes two for one, and some of them are absolutely fine. The rampant rainbows were a particular highlight - very colourful and very strong (Quite a lot of ice though, maybe ask for them without). I would highly recommend the Halloumi and avocado sandwich - a very generous portion of cheese, and was lucky enough to thank the young roadman "chef" in person afterwards. The rest of the staff were incredibly friendly #gr8banter. Kept getting fist bumped and called "energy poo" or something (guessing it's an industry term). If you're underage, I would recommend sneaking in the back door.

Really lovely place for food and drink, helpful and friendly staff. I have to say out of all the S&L I have visited this is far by the most fanciest one I've been too, the decor is absolutely beautiful and done with taste and not tacky at all. Always a bonus with 241 cocktails 247, whats not to love?

Was desperate for a cheeky pint with the misses after a long days shopping, the credit card was a bit tired howver Paul served me up a beautiful pint with the best schtick around. Top lad, even left my phone at the bar and he ran outside to get it to me afterwards.

Wow what a vast place, it was quiet when I visited but I imagine it's great when it's busy I can't wait to return when it is. Sorry had to knock one star off as the night I was there most of the menu was off (supply issues with food deliveries) and I had to go with my third choice for dinner. But a beautiful place, very clean and lovely staff.
