E. R.Amazing place to have a drink, atmosphere is sleek and classy. The huge menu has plenty to choose from and the 2 for 1 menu being able to mix and match was such a great sight. The bar staff were amazing and looked after us so well, the experience made us cancel our next booking so we could stay longer! Can't recommend this place enough
A. H.We stumbled upon this gem by accident, and both really fancied a cocktail. We made a good choice to go in. The 1920s vibe was brilliant. The cocktails were absolutely delicious (we ended up trying 5 between us); I would recommend the Rum and Maple Old Fashioned. The staff were incredibly kind, and the service was just exceptional. I wish I could have tried everything off the menu; but we will be returning soon, so hopefully eventually I can.

L. W.The atmosphere was vibrant and lovely. Really loved the style of the bar and the layout. The cocktails were delicious but very pricey! The staff were polite and served well, but hard to sometimes order a drink as it was table service and as we were sat at the back of the bar.

K. G.A bar with a great vibe and an extensive menu of cocktails. There is a lot to choose from so there really is something for everyone. The Raging Bull was my favorite of the many drinks I had when I was there and I'd recommend it to those who want something a little refreshing. Definitely a great stop for those who like cocktails.

r. e.What a classy establishment! Rang during the week and asked to reserve a table for midnight on Saturday. No tables available but they put my group on a Guestlist to ensure admission. Got there at midnight and there was a queue with people being turned away. Spoke the the bouncer who had my name in the Guestlist and he let us in. That's proper customer service. Superb atmosphere and music inside.

M. G.Bootlegger has some of the best cocktails in Cardiff in my opinion. Always best to go when they're offering 2 for £10 to keep the costs down but worth the money. You can even mix and match for the price which most other places don't offer. I'm fussy with cocktails because I find that most places put too much ice in their drinks. Bootlegger still has ice but doesn't compromise on flavour. Banana Colada is a fav.

M. G.Amazing place to go with friends! Live music was amazing with a great band, I imagine the bands change however the night I went they had great music and everyone could sing along. It’s a tad cramped and seemed to attract a slightly older audience but it was a great time and would definitely recommend!

This place has gone from strength to strength within the first 12 months and will continue to do so as the club is constantly evolving first class in every way a must for anybody who either lives or is visiting Cardiff. Staff always helpful and polite Handley make the customers feel relaxed. 5 stars is not enough stars for this outstanding place in Cardiff definitely one to try for yourself.

C. J.Really good bar with a plenty of selection of drinks. We were there at around 23:00ish on a Saturday and it wasn’t that busy which meant that we could actually talk while having drinks (showing my age now😜). Apparently they do Jazz nights as well so will have to visit then.
