Were supposed to visit Cardiff for deacon blue (major disappointed) as cancelled for covid 19 🤧🤧🤧 but still used the hotel, why not! 🤷♀️ Not disappointed very nice and central, parked in railway carpark, literally a 2 min walk to entrance. Got there early but they booked us in there and then, very accommodating can't fault them. Definitely recommend 👌👌👌👌👌

J. J.Iv'e lost count on how many times ive been to The Borough . But its a really nice Pub and place to go . If the weathers nice theres also seating outside so you can chat and enjoy your favourite drinks in the fresh air and in the sun if we get any.. all the drinks are really good prices. You got Fosters just £2.50 a pint, Strongbow dark fruit cider just £3.00 a pint. And loads more. They have sports , karaoke nights , and DJ nights too though out the week. Its really good on match days too. And finally We cant forget the Staff who are all very friendly, polite helpful and Happy 🙂 , and i think you need staff like these guys to have a well known and happy Pub. Its a good all rounder of Pub with awesome atmosphere.
C. R.Used to love it here went in the other day barely hear music and it was freezing in there no heating on had to leave within 20 mins
M. C.I went to this pub to watch the England Vs Wales Six Nations match. All the other pubs and clubs had at least a 100 metre (or more) queue just to get in, whilst with The Borough, didn't have one at all.
I was initially apprehensive to go inside , as and England fan, but the regulars and staff were very accommodating and friendly.
Best part is, I managed to get 6 pints of lager and 2 pints of cider for around £22! ABSOLUTE BARGAIN!!!
T. P.5 of us arranged to meet for an afternoon/evening at our favourite town centre pub on Wednesday. It's Kareoke night and that begins at 6 so we usually get there a few hours before it starts because you can hear yourselves talk then. The drinks are cheap and the staff are very good. The customers are mostly over 40's and friendly which is our kind of place.

r.£2.50 a pint of fosters, some decent tunes (imho!). Interesting mix of folk , people come in for a few beers after work or shopping, some old fellas in the corner. A few pissed 40 somethings starting a night out

Only there for a while. Was hoping to sing Karaoke before Everyman Theatre trip, but DJ started latter than I needed so didn't get to sing. Great atmosphere
H. E.Greatocals pub decent prices centre of Cardiff. Racing and top sport on 3 or 4 Tv's sky or Bbc news on at least one other. Staff really polite and efficient. Door safe support during Fri and Sat eves and maon rugby match days.
