B. F.A great bar with a fantastic owner. A good selection of draught beers and cocktails.
There is a superb garden.

REALLY lovely clean place.
Whilst we sitting at tables there was plenty of friendly staff checking we had everything we needed regularly which kept the drinks flowing.
GREAT MUSIC & we played lots of pool.
Then next morning we went back for breakfast - Aykut was lovely & made us feel at home.
Highly recommended can’t wait to come back 😃
T. B.Friendly staff but they didn’t have any record of my table booking which was annoying. Luckily a table left as we turned up so we had somewhere to watch the football but it almost ruined our evening. (It was a special occasion, hence the booking). Staff were apologetic. Beer garden was nice. Would definitely return for a few drinks in the future.

K. L.Ehm so I quite liked coming here even though they serve watered down tequila. But few days ago I came with a friend, asked for a mojito, been given some gross mix of lemonades with no alcohol in it and been charged 9 quid for it. Won't order anything else than a bottled cider from now on.
L. T.Perfect for a night of drinking with friends. Friendly bar staff and generally quite a nice place with pool tables and other table top games, also offers live sports - So it's great for group events too. Only downside is that they don't provide card payment under £7.00
N. W.Loud, but generally a fun time to be had. Quite pricey to get in, but a lovely outdoor seating area and the upstairs is a fantastic chill alternative to the dark and energetic downstairs. The staff is lovely, especially the owner, and are quick to resolve disputes.

l. V.Very comfortable bar with nice simple food options, extremely clean especially in the toilet vaccinity. Quite small but great, well-kept and spacious garden at back...... big flat screen TV, jule-boxes and strict covid rules always maintained. Oh and did I mention it also happens to be a 5 minute walk from the Colchester town station!

R. P.Great in the week for a quiet game of pool, slightly on the higher side for price of drinks but a nice venue none the less. Weekends are lively and normally a good shout for a night out.

In a grade 2 listed building which doesn't help if have a disability but staff happy help those that need.
Open to late or early.
3 pools tables at a good price upstairs
Garden out back which becomes a good sun trap.
A. E. W.Quick service and always has good DJs. Upstairs area with good quality pool tables. Large smoking area and plenty of seating. Drinks served are quite small.
