Toilets a side this place is class. All you want is decent beer options with good music and that seems to always happen on every visit, hands down my favourite pub in Derby, seems to have a bit of character to it

Only OK because of the men's toilets that resembled a pig swill trough. Fortunately (by mistake), I had been using the toilets upstairs for most of the evening due to the property lacking in toilet signage. Not until it was pointed out to me 😄 that I was using "the ladies", did I realise the p*ss trough for men was downstairs in a dark back alley. Went to visit the Mens only to discover that they were not blessed with the same cleaning regime as the ladies. I cant describe the smell. I've been to cleaner mens toilets in 3rd world countries! Other than that, there was a really good guitar vocalist on (Friday 30th July) and the pints of Estrella were good enough to ensure that I had a few return visits to the aformentioned latrine.

Seymours is a small bar with a big character. Everything from the '80s/'90s indie music to the Street Fighter arcade cabinet exudes an awesome Britpop vibe. They have a decent selection of drinks, especially considering how small the bar area is and there is a heated outdoor area for smokers. The bar is situated right in the centre of town, allowing easy access to all of the pubs and clubs. The prices are pretty reasonable and the staff have always been friendly with me. Conclusion: Seymours is a great place to start your night before heading off into the late-night bars.
