Luvelly pub, really friendly staff. Drawback, only one real ale on, your competing with Brunswick and Alexander think you should just try a bit harder. But still a luvley atmosphere.

A very cool place near the train station. They have good beer and cider options. I want to warn you about coffee, they don't serve espresso based coffee.

Quirky little pub right opposite Derby train station. Perfectly serves it's purpose as a pit-stop place to catch a quick pint (or halfy if you're not on it) before your train is set to leave. It has a cute outdoor area for the smokers. Small but effective. Will stop by every time if I have time before my train leaves.

If you're stuck at Derby station and need a quick drink it's ideal. Handpull or two and a craft on tap along with usual pub drinks. Bar staff always friendly and ameniable and the beer garden/ smoking area is good.

We went into merry widows on friday 12th july and i asked for a black coffee, the lovely bar maid said that they dont usually do coffee for customers its only for staff, but she would make me one.... She didnt charge me.....so just wanted to say thank you you were brilliant. And i know you said it was only normal coffee but it was very welcome Excellent services.....thanks again xxxxx

Cosy little boozer, handy for Derby station. Good range of beers and lagers. Only food that appears to be a available are bar snacky things like crisps and nuts but you wouldn't go into a pub just for something to eat.... Great collection of Derby County memorabilia and photos of the great ex-Rams (Carter, Doherty, Stamps etc).

A great place to stop off at when you have caught the train going from Derby train station or arriving at Derby train station I'm going on to meet friends always a nice place for me to stop off and get a drink small garden to the rear of the pub nice and cosy recommend sitting outside when it's warm
