This was the first time I have visited this pub in nearly 3 years and I was not disappointed. The place was very lively with a band on and the ale was excellent and in tip top condition. A superb evening and will return.

Clean, tidy, Group sounded okay. Enjoyed the company of the locals. Nice couple of hours. Didn't get to hear the Group in 'full swing. I'd certainly like to go there again sometime.

Great during current pandemic went in on a Saturday evening, track n trace in progress sat outside hidden gem of a garden, great friendly staff too. Prompt with providing drinks & also allowed us to bring food in from pizzeria next door. Can't wait for everything to be on the table so to speak as it's also a great live music venue & resident DJ a good boost for revenue & economy.

Really enjoyed going here on a recent trip to Derby very nice very friendly lovely backyard. Spoke to two members of staff behind the bar area who were not pushy and I helped me when I wanted something different to drink... Had a Malibu and coke which I had not ordered before it was explained the taste texture and price options. Will be visiting again soon.

Great pub with music from ska,80s golden , door security , beer garden very spacey, nice booths. A bit loud but a great atmosphere and lots of fun. Typical pricing, maintained toilets, good mix of ages. A great place to enjoy a Derby night.

Big fan of live music so tried the White Horse as we had heard great things about the place. Great atmosphere, well priced drinks but a bit cramped. Unfortunately the band were awful and we couldn't stay for long. We will try the pub again when there's a good act on but we shall be avoiding The Midnight Pumpkins band in future!

Great place for a drink, dance and to see a band. Regular discos are held here and free bands aswell as outdoor entertainment. Landlord is bonkers too! Beware though, bar prices go up at 9:00pm on a Saturday night. I'm not sure if this happens any other night though. Good pub nonetheless. Regular clientele is roughly 50's.

Great staff, nice range of drinks. Claimed to be some sort of music oriented bar. However, almost half of the venue was taken up by three huge booths which includes two steps #triphazard. I would get rid of them to provide masses of more space for customers.

Good atmosphere at weekends especially if there is a band playing. Alcohol a little expensive for this sort of venue, always enough bar staff on so you do not have to wait long and a variety if lagers and beers to choose from.

The place is nice considering the options we have in Derby. Beers are not expensive and you will be able to see a football game as well. If you stay until 21h or less less, you will see a band playing 70s and 80s successes.

Derbys only 'SKA' pub. Situated at, The Morledge, &, opposite 'Derby bus station', &, 'The Holiday Inn Hotel & Casino' 'Derby Crown Court', with the 'Eagle Centre, Indoor Market' & 'Westgate Shopping Centre', very nearby, in the city centre., surrounded by shops, pubs & takeaways. A personal favourite of mine. With friendly (mainly young), bar staff, a pool table, jukebox, a good selection of beers, wines & spirits, bar snacks & food, served daily. They open at 10am til late. Karaoke is on a Thursday, Friday & Sunday. Live entertainment is Saturday evening & Sunday afternoon (they have an entertainment board outside the pub).
