Nice club, it's great to have clubs like this in the community. They host their own events but also rent out space for others too, so a good range of things going on throughout the year. I attended a charity Christmas Fair today and had a stall, this event wouldn't have happened hadn't Parklands provided the rooms. The only criticism I have is that the place needs updating and some renovation, however the toilets look as though they've been done recently so looks like they're making good changes. I'd definitely go here again 😊

Absolutely brilliant place. Went to a VW festival and the club didn't overcharge as some places might. Served food as well, staff very friendly and regulars too.

Very welcoming! A love little bar with a wide range of spirits and beverages to choose from. The staff are amazing and the vibes are heartwarming 🫶🏻Fridays are the place to be if you love a good pub quiz! 5pm-7pm Run by Johnny Gibson, it’s also kid friendly! Which is a bonus if you want to have a bit of fun but have your little ones. 💗

We went to parklands for the Doncaster VW festival. The drinks were reasonably priced, tea and food cheaper than the festival, staff friendly even though they were busy.

I was attending an event that was held there. Venue is ok, but not been then when it's open as the social club so I can't comment on that. Facilities are fine and it's fairly easy to get to.

Great venue. Decent sized stage for productions. Large car park. Has a separate bar. Very good toilets, clean and no complaints. Quite a good sound system. My only gripe would be with the lighting, it is very uneven, and could do with an upgrade...I'm aware that is an expensive task but even small upgrades would be an improvement. Good venue for putting on an event or watching an event. Edit : several years later and the lighting still hasn't been changed. I have to unfortunately say that the lighting here is ranked among the worst I have ever seen at a venue. One of the bulbs on the lighting rack hasn't been changed in over 4 years. Led panels aren't expensive now, the current system could easily be upgraded if the venue made the investment... My lighting comments are formed around dance shows & festivals I cannot pass comment on the quality of lighting for other events.

Sometimes you experience something that just amazes you. 4 of us booked a weekend away, we travelled From Bmth/Soton to watch a gig at Parklands Sports & Social Club before going onto Preston to watch Bmth lose! Our evening at Parklands was outstanding, Kev was an absolute pleasure to meet, he provided us with a table, was so friendly, genuine & engaging, he arranged for us to meet the whole band and also must have mentioned us to Leanne (Landlady) as she provided us with complimentary drinks, just because we had travelled such a long way! We were so taken aback by how friendly everyone was that we had to do this review. Thank you Kev & Leanne for making our night, cheers.

Great place but the lounge is under used by the area. Most people do not realise that non members are welcome. The lounge hosts many free events. Sunday night's there are many prizes to be won on money draws, meat raffle, quiz and of course bingo. Thursday night is fun quiz and meat raffle and if enough people present there is also bingo. Every 2 weeks there is an artist on in the lounge to help you dance the night away.

Parklands R n' R nights are brilliant.Great groups and disco so you can rock all night.Ive been going for years and hope to be going for lots more years.Malinda and Terry do a great job.Keep on rockin' .It's held on the 1st Tuesday of the month.

Service takes a long time. Seating is quite tight however it was a full turnout. If you are looking for a cheap drink out then I would recommend.

An ideal place for someone who does not bother with nettles, blackberries and the lack of marked paths.
