Has had a massive refurb since I last visited years ago. A fantastic outside area now, great in the summer, while inside is also well laid out and inviting. Good choice of the drinks you would expect, fast and friendly service and good value

Enjoyed the atmosphere and surroundings, had the food market on when we went , I had the mutton Jamaican style curry with rice and dumplings absolutely fantastic, wife had hog roast sandwich with roast potatoes and gravy top notch would definitely recommend, not sure but think they have the food stalls on every 1st Wednesday of the month 4pm till 9pm 👍

Rory and Roxy are very welcoming, beer great prices. There currently decorating and such a difference! The sports end is great for such use and lots of space so you can enjoy a quiet drink or a roudy one! They do need to do food again as there's no where to eat out in such a large village. Down side... One 1 toilet in use in the ladies so when it's busy you have to use the sports end. Other than that great place for a night out!

Just had a reception there after a funeral and it was lovely could not fault it, nice surroundings and the food was very good thank you very much

Went for a meal today with the family(11 of us) and there was only 1 lady serving at the bar and food but she did great running around taking orders with a smile or an apology. The food was great freshly cooked and plenty of it. We really enjoyed it and will definitely be back again.

Had a funeral there the food was lovely !!! The polish barmaid was so hard working throughout the day serving and collecting glasses !! Worth her weight in gold ! !!! Very polite and friendly!!!

Great Christmas lunch in the Styrrup today!! Great service and awesome food at an unbelievable price, the function room was really well decorated for our party too!! Will be doing this here again next year and would highly recommend to anyone 10/10

Gone hear to play darts and dominoes for night as neither team had a match so this was just a friendly evening.the landlord put some food on for the team's it was a stew but had a kick to it and was very good.even some left and we were given tubs so we could have some later .thanks excellent food

Was refurbished a few months ago and is a nice place to go for a drink. Drinks are not too expensive, there is a large car park and outdoor seating available.
