Reviews of Fram Ferment Ltd
I. K.
A real ale drinkers dream with a seemingly endless array of bottled ales from smaller breweries. Together with a smaller range of cask ales, there really is something for everyone at Fram Ferment.
A bit on the pricey side for the bottled ales but considering some of the micro-breweries represented, justifiable.
Dog friendly with a more 'upmarket' clientele, this small, intimate real ale fest really is worth a visit.

Awesome selection of beers. Moderately priced but no different to a busy bar in Durham. If you want chilled atmosphere, not bothered about walking about from pub to pub, and have a massive selection of great drinks then this is the bar to be.

Amazing find. Great knowledge of local beers brews and ciders as well as super friendly staff. Dogs welcome

Laid back atmosphere and great selection of drinks. I really enjoy browsing and trying the different drinks from the fridges as well as the pumps. Quirky decor.

Excellent bar/bottle shop.
Friendly with a great range of mainly local beers on draught and in bottles.

Very nice little micro pub if that's what it is ? Had coffee and very nice atmosphere.

Small but quirky beer and cider store. Nice coffee too

First time there, loved it. Friendly relaxed atmosphere, definitely go again 😊

This had to be the most non pub I know. When it opened I thought it was too quirky to be a success. Try getting a seat at the weekend though... Great beers with a regular turnover to test your pallette. Love having this on the doorstep but its getting more difficult to enjoy. If you can't get a seat then there are craft beers galore in the fridges to take out, it take a growler and fill it with some of the guest beers

Extensive selection of beers, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff and conducive atmosphere. Cans and bottles can be taken home if you prefer.
