Fab pub for Sunday Lunch. We pre-booked a table as there were 12 of us and 3 highchairs needed, we could not fault the service. Staff were very friendly and helpful and all of the food we had was really lovely. A good choice and at such a great price too...most of our meals came from the 2 for £7 menu which is crazy for how good the food was. Will definitely visit again next time we are in Durham.

I have always had a good time in this pub, it isn't high brow or sophisticated but it has a great atmosphere. It envokes nights of years gone by with classic music from 70s, 80's, 90's, taking you back to happy nostalgic memories. If you want a good night, a dance and forget yourself it's worth a look.

Great music, a bit expensive if you're drinking pints compared to other bars in Durham but the atmosphere is awesome & the £1 wherthers shots taste like disappointing your grandparents which is exactly what you're aiming for on a night out, right? At this moment in time the way of living is awful ..... staff are brilliant and explain the rules as you enter. Toilets however for the ladies are upstairs and only one in order ...... along with only one sink working .... hot water should be off as it’s scolding n very dangerous ..... my only complaint sorry
