Friendly service from greeter and manager but especially hardworking server, Anna, today at the cleverly named All Bar One. Most airports have a bistro food and drink place. They all coalesce around a mean performance level as to food and service. It’s the floor staff who make the difference. Anna made my short sojourn actually enjoyable.

Long waiting time and management need to hire more staff. We have visited a few times now and always end up asking to get something corrected, e.g. cocktail wasn't right or a teapot had a very little amount of hot water in it. To add to some First World problems, tea bags are put outside the teapot and not inside it so the tea brews in not-hot water. Staff though are really nice, lovely and welcoming. It's the kitchen that could do with improving. For example food portions are small and bland for the price (i.e. poor value).Example is the sausage sandwich Kudos does however as mentioned go to he Front-House staff

Nikola was my hostess to welcome me into the restaurant from the long queue and although it was extremely busy, she always had a friendly smile and helped me choose the best mains available and made me comfortable ensuring the food and drinks came in time for my flight. Best airport restaurant experience I've had. Popped in for breakfast. Staff attentive and very friendly (not normally what you get in an airport). Food was brought quickly and was delicious. Excellent service! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Olga was fantastic and really took time to make sure everything was okay. The service was really fast and the food was probably the best I’ve had. I was most impressed with the presentation of the Scottish fry up I ordered. I wouldn’t go anywhere else in Edinburgh Airport for food/drink. Had a really great breakfast at All Bar One this morning before our flight! I’m vegetarian and was so happy to see Linda Mcartney sausages on the menu (best veggie sausages by far!!) and the food was delicious. The drinks were well made too and prompt. The best aspect of our visit had to be the service - Yessy was kind, funny and attentive to our needs! Really brightened our day, thank you :) We will be back soon!

My gf had the Plant Based beyond meat burger. I tried some and it was delicious. I had the classic burger but it was very dry meat and just not a nice burger. I looked at other plates of food being served and they looked lovely. Calamari looks really good. Hope for a better meal next time. Won't order the classic burger ever again.

We always make sure to eat here when travelling through Edinburgh airport and I can't fault the place at all. The service, food and staff are all exceptional. Gosia in particular has always been fantastic! Five stars!

Despite good service and friendly staff the concept of a full Scottish breakfast was not as expected. The pork and haggis sausages were ok and having spectate haggis would be a better option. Also using streaky bacon instead of back bacon along with no black pudding did not complete the breakfast I’m afraid.

Wanted a nice breakfast before our flight. Being in an airport, it was expensive for what it was. However, 2 of our party left whilst waiting for their meal and the staff didn't put out their meals until they came back, which was a nice touch. Could do with a children's menu.

Went to the Hudson, nobody bothered to serve me, so I got up and walked down to All Bar One instead. Within ten minutes I had a Cocktail and a delicious Pad Thai on front of me. Wow. Never felt so relaxed while eating a meal in an airport. I will be back!

For an airport eatery the food is sort of reasonably priced, also quick service, and both dishes were very tasty, will go again. Much better than Wetherspoons, which is dark noisy and tables shrewn with plates of finished food and glasses, and much the same price.

The food is average but the quantity for the price you pay is incredibly poor. It cost £8 to have two tiny pieces of chorizo, two poached eggs, a slice of sourdough bread toasted and a quarter of a crushed avocado if I am being generous.
