D.This was a last minute late night stop for us, trying to find somewhere to eat in at around 21:30-21:45 - most places we found finished serving at 21:00 so our options were limited. Foundry 39 serve food until 22:00. The food we had was nice and tasty but the choices were a little limited for someone who needs gluten free. The cocktails we had were nice. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I ordered the dirty cow burger and millionaire fries.
My food was amazing .
I cannot fault anything ,staff are amazing and extremely helpful in every way .
Atmosphere in the foundry is much better than more known places .
I was sat near the kitchen (hatch) ,and could see the cooking staff working ,the chef in the white overall seemed very happy and obviously enjoys her job .
If I could have eaten more I would have .
I most certainly would advise anyone visiting Edinburgh to find this place , you will not be disappointed 😉 .
A. W.Wow! What a great dinner! After having looked to book a table at several other places for dinner and coming up short - we decided to book a table here! Using the 3 snacks for £14 deal (+ some sides and drinks) we had a great, filling meal for 2 for only £23! the snacks were great value and the waiters were very friendly. I WILL be coming back!

Reasonable price. Service was good. We had pizza they are super thin and lush.

J. H.Always a great time. Good products, the food is simple, but fresh and nice, exactly what we expect from a pub. They are dog friendly! We go there really often with my girlfriend on Sunday and it’s always a good experience. Special mention to the manager( I don’t remember his name) and to Julien who provide both a really good and friendly service! Thanks guys, see you soon!
