What an amazing wee hidden gem, I had no idea this place was tucked away round the corner from the main drag on Queensferry road. Stopped in to book the raclette platter for 4 for my brothers birthday in April. Please don’t just rock up and expect to order this as you need to give 48 hours notice, which gave me the perfect excuse to nip in for a quick pint of locally made thistly cross and some Pringles which I must say looked a bit out of places with the backdrop of fancy wines but this is no snobby wine bar everyone was lovely and I can’t wait to be back. Top marks! X

By far the best wine bar I've been to in Edinburgh (and I've done more than five I think). A very good selection of wines by the glass from all around the world. They also serve a massive cheese & meat plate all priced very reasonably. Great staff as well. A wine bar as it should be!

Just went to look - it was the old Polish Chapel. Downstairs, nice and airy with great Bar. Very french. Unfortunately didn't eat or drink. Looks nice though.

What great little find this was as we waited for our transport back to Edinburgh Caravan and Motorhome Park. The wine selection is outstanding as well as the food. Staff are super friendly and helpful. A must place to go. Great Mural on the wall inside all done by chalk. See if you can name all 12 people on there.

Amazing place in the Edinburgh city center! The building is stunning from outside, nice British-style, and the french food is nice and tasty (congrats for the duck orange salad with blue cheese!). You can order a tasty charcuterie or nails to experience an authentic french esperience! Lovely staff and suberb wines!

Lovely wine bar with a great selection of French and global wines. Stopped here on a food tour of Edinburgh and was intrigued to come back. It's reasonably priced and a great building (inside a former church). Would recommend going for the selection of wines but the food looked great also. Very nice wine bar with great atmosphere. My only concern were the unacceptable wine glasses that they use. 90's aesthetic, you can barely swirl the wine and no-match to the very good wine list that they offer. Some other customers had their wine in high quality wine glasses ( maybe because they have ordered a bottle of wine instead of wine by the glass) but that's not the issue. Improve that and you are on the right track.

Been here a couple of time for drinks and would recommend for a weekday post work glass of wine or two, when its not too busy. Chic surroundings and staff are happy to suggest something for you. There are weekly offers if you don't want to trawl through the long lists of what's on offer.

Hidden wine bar just off Charlotte square with a lovely selection of wine I really like this place, it is hidden behind Le Petite Folie in a beautiful building with a glass roof . The selection of wine is great and the staff are very friendly. The wines are in a huge display over the bar and there is also a little balcony area that you can reserve. It seems very popular as an after work drinking place as it is full of businessy types from about 4pm. The food is distinctly average but not bad for the price. Some reviews say its overpriced but I can't agree - the shared platters of charcuterie and cheese are pretty good, very filling and only marginally dearer that a chain pizza from round the corner. The homemade soup delicious too. I say give it a try!

The food on offer is exactly what you’d expect in a wine bar. Think sharing platters and boards with lots of cheese and quality charcuterie. The service is good and the atmosphere is friendly. It’s a great place to go and while away the evening.
