Great beer selection. Nice airy pub and friendly staff. Would return if I was in the neighbourhood. Only there for a Christmas night out.

Nice local pub. Generally quiet during the week when I tend to visit. Good music and decent number of screens for all major live sporting events. Very reasonably priced, pool table and darts board are also available in the back. Good facilities and beers. Student discount is also available on certain products.

Had a good night on Saturday the 14 of December thear was a singer Dougie mcQ was playing at the Polwarth tavern and it's a friendly atmosphere and I like to recommend this to everyone from Brian and I have a video clip of of the night I hope you will like this from Brian

Decent pub in a very student orientated area. There’s good draught beer on offer and it’s at very reasonable prices in order to attract the students. If it’s quiet the place can be a bit lifeless so Friday, Saturday and Sunday are definitely the best times to frequent.

Pleasant and typical Scottish tavern, where you can chat with friends, watch sports on the numerous TV screens, enjoy varied and tasty pints, in a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. It currently houses the headquarters of two disparate football clubs, the Peña Bética "Don't look for more than there is" and the Peña Atlética of the Caledonian Indians, twinned in distance and in their passion for football. Numerous symbols and t-shirts from both clubs form a diverse spectacle, spiced up by shouts and the passing of pints and other spirituous liquors. Fun and camaraderie mix between foreigners and residents. Billiards and darts, you complement the fun. A recommended game to savor the Scottish atmosphere. Fair prices and good service.

Fantastic local pub! Cheap drinks! They even give you a bag of sweeties for free if you ask for it. Good selection of drinks. Ben is a good waiter.
