Another great lunch here, and as always we had the best steak pie in toon. Margaret was our server and as always the banter as well as the service were fantastic. Another perfect day 😄🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Best steak pie. Food always good here. Sadly can't say the same about the bar staff. Were in on a quiet day ...it was as if we were actually bothering them by asking for a drink. Looked totally miserable . Not even a thankyou when we paid bill at the bar and left them a tip ....with hindsight shouldn't have bothered. Must have been an off day as never had this service before

Been going here for their steak pie for about 23 years, its brilliant. Don't go on a Sundsy before 1pm as even though it says it opens at 12 i was there a few times and it still wasn't open at 12.45 and the girl was setting up the tabled.Worked out good as i have found a better steak pie at Drouthys along the road at queen street,every cloud and that.

Small businesses need good reviews when due, so hats off to the blane Valley pub in Glasgow, total quality food, me and Amanda found this place and had a 8 quid 2 course meal, best steak pie I have had for a long time, if ever in Glasgow give this boys a try , you won't be disappointed, 10 out of 10 , Quality by the way.

This is a gem of a place, whether you want a quiet pint on your own or bringing along a group of friends for a meal. There is so much to choose from the menu, (if you just want a snack, to a full 3 course) and the food is very substantial and all at a very reasonable price too. Great wee pub with a homely atmosphere and great prices. Three of us met for a quick lunch. We had vegetable soup, cheeseburger and cheese salad chiabbata. Served quickly and food was very good. Service was quick and efficient.

Nice n quiet good pint of Stella. I love this place, the steak pie and chips/potatoes are to die for. The pastry is amazing too. My mate says perfection and service with a smile. I came in today 11th Sept my 53rd birthday and had 2 pints with my mate n food. The town is full of pubs n restaurants but this place is ace. Was in again today 12/09/19 with another m8. And had another steak pie, the staff on were Anne & betty excellent banter and customer service, and the chef needs a payrise too.

Blane Valley or the New Blane Valley its still the same pub with dodgy decor but with great food, drink options and Karaoke at ear splitting volume. Prices here are great and although the pub has lost some of its kerb appeal its still all good inside.

went to a competiton tonight to see singers... and it was clearly a fix... i had heard this before but thought i would check it out... two people who should have won it were put out where as avarage singers who happen to be locals in that bar won... it was a massive scam. dont GIVE THEM THE SATISFACTION OF SPENDING money there.....bad service badly priced and ripped a boy and woman out of money for locals... and they both deserved to win... i hope they read this... u guys were robbed.
