Polite and efficient service at the bar, good beer and a very wide selection of whisky, in a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere. Book a table to be sure at busy times, but in spring 2022 you are unlikely to have a problem if you just drop in. We enjoyed our visit with our American friends, who got a very good impression of a Glasgow pub.

Friendly enough place and service was generally quick. Could get a bit congested but this is in part to the layout of the pub and shows it was busy. Decent atmosphere and would certainly pop in again if in the area.

This is a busy Pub with probably average prices around the Woodlands Road area.Just over £5 for a pint of Joker IPA. It's quite a large pub,but has an extremely small toilet.Because of this,I was tempted to give it 3 stars out of 5.

Went in for a quick bite after work. Had Chicken Burger and my wife had Halloumi and Red Pepper burger. Also had fries and macaroni as sides. Food was excellent and service was good. Been here a few times for food and just drinks too. Hasn't disappointed yet. Good atmosphere and decent prices. We'll definitely be back again. Highly recommended!

I miss Uisge Beatha the pub that used to be here, by comparison this place is a soulless modern bar. But the staff are friendly and the food is usually pretty good. The walls are stone and there is no insulation on the ceiling, so when it gets loud the sound bounces about the pub and it can be hard to hear what your friends are saying, but I might just be getting old...

Lunch excellent value, bit healthy though, probably due to proximity of uni. Bar popular with students and whisky drinkers. Decor shabby chic rather than usual student twee. Music good.

One of the best pubs for trying out new beers, they have a great atmosphere and sometimes they have events on such as quizzes, themed nights or live music. You can also book their smaller room for events. They show sports so it can get quite busy when games are on!

Chilli was good, like real good, although rice to sauce ratio could be improved. Harry was a legend and he had a nice hat and there's good whisky and there's sport and food. And the toilets were good, and Scotland won the rugby... so I had a nice time in this pub. Give Harry a bonus

The place it's great to hang out with your friends. They have a nice selection of wiskeys, tasting trays as well. Loved the decor, it was something else. They also served food and treat your dog with water, if you have one. :) Great staff!

I haven't eaten here, but I come here when I'm in Glasgow. Pop in on a Sunday night for the Scottish folk music. Bring your instrument and join in. Very casual and laid back. Folk music usually starts at 8pm, but I suggest you get here a little earlier as it's getting popular now and there are limited seats for enthusiasts because of the musicians.

Nice bar in the West End, highly recommended. We were in the "Wee Dram", the rentable room next to it, and it couldn't be faulted. The bar had average-priced drinks (nice touch adding the prices to the taps by the way) and average-priced food, however it had a good selection in both, and with the nice atmosphere in the place, you don't mind paying that little bit extra.

A relaxed and dog friendly pub with welcoming staff. I've eaten here often, but I'm not too sure about last night's menu. It was somewhat incomprehensible. I don't know what 'Fo Shizzle' is, but what we were served definitely wasnt it, or maybe it was, if it means disappointing. The veggie burger option is now a fake vegan chicken burger which didn't sound appealing. The veggie burgers they used to serve were excellent, I'm not sure why you offer a fake meat option instead of the previously handmade versions. My friend had the meat burger option (there's red meat or vegan chicken nothing else) which looked more like a meatball and she was unimpressed by the measly topping and scattering of chips. I ended up with the vegan burrito which tasted nice but was mostly rice. Our side of chips arrived after we had finished eating and they were hot, but greasy. The chips were taken off the bill. Pretty disappointed by the food and most likely wont be back until the menu changes.

Went to the dram on a "why not it is a laugh" sort of night and was absolutely amazed at the venue. Not only was the service outstanding and first class but the food and drink were so good and reasonably priced I could literally come here for breakfast lunch and dinner. Excellent bar formerly known as uisce beatha (Gaelic for water of life) is great for either chillin' on your own with a pint of real ale or meeting up with friends. Dog friendly, with a bowl of water provided on arrival. Also plenty of tellies tuned into Sky sports - if that's what floats your boat. If food is more your thing, there's an good selection of pub classics and some.
