At a function . It was a busy night . Lots of space and close by toilets . Only 1 girl serving for most of the night . From beginning to end she was under pressure as she was pulling pints , pouring drinks , collecting glasses and washing up . 5 star performance from this girl . I'm assuming they must have been short staffed like most this time of year .

Quo Vadis is a great pub based in Cardonald. There are 2 parts to the pub. Entering the front door if you go to the left it's a more family oriented place where good pub grub is served. To the right it's more like a sports bar with a pool table and plenty of screens to watch whatever sport is on the TV. I am not from the area but regularly meet a friend in here and I am treated like a local. Highly recommend this place.

Oh can't believe food and prices,took my sister for a Sunday roast,was delicious,and 2 Sunday dinners for £10.99 ,staff were lovely.Im going back definitely.Thankyou lovely staff.

Quo vadis has gone a bit down hill since the pandemic. In need of a good paint. No music playing just the sport on tv. We were in here again today(27th July) for lunch. I wanted ham salad Gluten Free Sandwich and they had no Gluten Free bread! Wow! Staff offered a ham salad, the ham was sliced ham from a pack from probably Aldi up the road! And was just a basic salad. Atmosphere not great, could hear a slight bit of music (lounge area) Staff rushed off their feet. Went into bar area where you could hear music a little better. Also another customer wanted fish n chips and they only had haddock fish which is more expensive 😖And another customer asked for kids mac cheese and didnt have but did have adult mac cheese🤔obviously ready made in larger portions. Will not return for lunch but probably return for drinks which are reasonably priced👌

Friendly and attentive staff with 2 bars to choose from. Old man pub on the right with a pool table and more of a bar/restaurant on the left. Always showing live sport with a massive function room up upstairs.

Not a regular by any means, but when I have been the place is quiet and comfortably. 2 bar sections - the old man pub and the second a more chilled relaxed atmosphere. Food decent as well. Staff friendly and chatty. Only thing I would like is less massive screens in the chilled out bar. I think this section should have less screens maybe focus more on music.

Quick lunch on Saturday. Pub was busy and quite a few tables with reserved labels on them which was a bit off putting. However we managed to find a table for 2 near the toilets. Food was great value for money and was piping hot and rather tasty and just enough on the plate. Would recommend. Didn't wait too long for out food either. Great service and will be back

Well I have read the reviews and are mixed, In my opinion the food was awsome, I had the Bacon cheese burger doubled and my fionce had fish and chips we had nachos to share massive portions great value for money we absolutely loved it friendly staff thankyou so much guys

We were in the function room upstairs. Good sized room with a bar. Buffet was brilliant very tasty food brought out at the exact time it was meant to be. Good sized dance floor and plenty tables and chairs located around the dance floor. Nice clean toilets just outside the function room. Smoking area outside at main entrance to function room. Would hire this for another function.

Loved the staff though there's a step from the stairs of the function suite to the the road you need a sign walked out at the start of the night fell and now have several bruises. But still a nice place. Toilet clean and fresh and as I said staff great.

Had nice Pre- Christmas, cheeky evening meal and few drinks. Really good value. The Staff were lovely and helpful. Daniel, the Chef, prepared us a delicious meal that really hit the spot. Great stuff. Recommend! 😁

We hired the function suite for a meal and disco for kids. Food was perfect. The staff were super organised, helpful and friendly. The venue is looking fab after the recent makeover. Would recommend.

spent many a night at the QV as a young man... now as an old man i dropped in whilst back in glasgow for a short visit and although the decor has changed and the bar seems to be the lounge lol it was still full of friendly locals/staff and the pint as good as it ever was.
