Where to begin.. visited this place last week and was definitely worth the visit. The atmosphere of the venue was spot on. The customer service was outstanding; the staff were caring and attentive. The gin tree on offer was fanatic value as well. Cocktails on offer were amazing too😍 Will definitely be returning some time in the near future.

Visited this pub while over in Glasgow for work. The service was second to none and the staff were incredible. All so cheery and friendly nothing was too much trouble. Pints were good value and perfectly cold and they had a good variety of craft beer! Would recommend this pub to anyone in the area.

I had booked a table tonight for dinner at 7.30. We arrived in plenty of time, upon arrival the staff checked us in and then offered us a table in the bar area. The pub was busy with people having fun. We sat at our table in bar area all night enjoying the wonderful service. So late we had to be asked to leave. Will defos be going back.

Our waitress was Ruby. She taught us how to do the Macarena. After the rugby she ran into the street and saved a puppy from certain death. In her spare time she knits boxer shorts for a chicken named Colin.

First time here, always heard good things about it. So on a rare sunny bank holiday decided to go. Welcoming staff, very comfy seats (up a small staircase) food was superb and Plentiful also best onion rings I’ve had in a long time. Wine was chilled to perfection and the interior is very pleasing to the eye. Will be back very soon. The perfect bank holiday treat

Great and tasty food. I recommend taste chicken wings in BBQ sauce. Good ranger of draft bear. There is also a billiard for £1. However, I would not recommend this place in case if you want drink cocktails.

Went for a family birthday lunch today at our local The Bank at Muirend, Glasgow. Same day as the Scottland vs Israel game at nearby Hampden. Place was rammed, great atmosphere but the table we had been allocated wasn’t ideal for a family birthday lunch. Heather, the boss sorted another table for us - quickly and with a smile. Not easy given the pressures the staff must have been under so we really appreciated the service we received from Heather and her team! Thank you.

I've been a few times both pre and post-covid, and The Bank is a fantastic pub. On our most recent visit, the food was excellent, and quick to arrive (when you have a toddler-sized Incredible Hulk with you, this is a gamechanger…) and we received friendly, attentive service throughout our visit. We don't visit too often but when we do the food is always fantastic, never had to complain and the variety of drinks on offer is great. Don't go for the sports but having the sports available is ideal to many others and I often end up tuning in if its an exciting match, price is brilliant also hard to beat in the area!

I love this local pub, it always has such a great gin selection. The staff are welcoming and friendly and nothing is to much of a hassle. Was in the area for a meal in nearby Indian restaurant and we decided to have a couple of drinks so as I've driven by The Bank on many occasions and thought it looked nice, we gave it a go. I remember when it was an actual bank and it still has many of the original features. It was welcoming enough and busy with a mixed clientele. Looks v good after renovation. V busy Saturday early evening with a private party also being prepared for upstairs. However, only 3 bar staff on and another 2 covering tables who were heroic, but all run off their feet. Need more staff on v busy evenings as witnessed several arguments at bar due to serving out-of-order, including myself, before I left. Good ales, lovely place after makeover but please staff it appropriately when required as it affected atmosphere in pub ultimately.

A great section of whiskeys, beers and food. The tapas option is strongly recommended. Very friendly and polite staff. Has a popular quiz on Thursday nights which is well attended. A good venue to watch sport as they have several TVs set up all over the bar.

Popped into the Bank for a meal as I had heard they had a refurb. The place is great for sport as there is a tv no matter where you sit. Food and service were both great and the place is reasonable priced. Emma was absolutely brilliant and made our whole experience a lot more memorable. She was very good at giving her recommendations on products we might like to try. She was also nice enough to bring us drinks whenever out glasses were almost empty. Due to this I will defiantly be returning in the future.

A middling chain pub with an ok selection of drinks and typically chain like ping food. Wildly overlit and under clean I cleaned our table with the nearby cleaning spray and paper towels and found it to be black with dirt. I probably wouldn't eat here on this basis but it's up to you. With a bit of a wider set of taps and a bit of elbow grease it would push this place up a bit.
