For drinks and watching sports The Hall is great! The staff are very welcoming. However, the food is extremely disappointing and a bit confusing. Nuggets (either chicken or vegan) come with pomegranates, lettuce and BBQ sauce. The gyoza's are definitely microwaved, so extremely soft with a dry hard edge. The cauliflower wings were not all ripped (some of the cauliflower was green) and mostly batter. I would go back to The Hall but only for drinks.

Had a great time at the Hall. I got a boozey brunch and it was excellent. The food was very tasty and lots of options from a full cooked breakfast to burgers. There were also a good selection of drinks and the cocktails were very nice. The staff were really friendly which made the whole experience even better. Thanks to everyone at the hall for such a great time :)

The staff are very welcoming, you’ll feel like your home among friends. The kitchen is great if you like finger food that you can share amongst the table, the burgers are good too if you want something more substantial. I had the Boozy Brunch here last week and I will definitely be coming back again

What a fantastic pub in Glasgow. We visited for some drinks and to watch live football and we couldn’t believe how many tvs there were to watch different matches on, it was great. The team were very friendly and offered us table service throughout the day. We hadn’t planned on eating but the menu looked appealing and the food tasted great. External seating was handy and allowed us to sit outside between matches and enjoy the warm weather. Will be back for sure! Thanks

Great wee gaff, was in Glasgow for the night for a gig and found this place. Was great for pres, nice and chill and dead cheap and the food was spot on 👌🏻 Nancy on the bar was really helpful and friendly, seen loads advertised for other stuff going on with sports and deals. Great wee place. First time visiting, had some food, drinks, and a few rounds of pool with pals. They made a wee mistake with the food order, but were very good about it and went above and beyond to make it right. Great service, nice drink prices.

Went here after a work meeting with colleagues, ended up spending most of the day here. The food was really good and the staff were amazing. We go to this place often, mostly for the pool tables but the atmosphere is always brilliant. If you're thinking of visiting The Hall, you won't be disappointed. UPDATE : Revisited the Halls last night, did not disappoint. Few games of pool along with one too many shots after a work meeting. Had a fab night. We were the ones that ordered all the tequila rose shots. Thanks for putting up with us 👍

This place is really the best student pub in all of Glasgow! Forget driftwood, hall is the place to go. As a student you can get a student card which grants you cheaper prices on not just bev but food as well! An excellent environment with amazing staff, a great place to watch the football as well. Additionally, they’ll print out whatever you need which is pretty awesome. Thanks Hall! Y’all the goat no kizzy.

Great setup since reopening after lockdown. Staff are friendly and ensuring that people are safe. You can book but I have been a few times with my girlfriend and haven't had to book yet.

Hall is fun, One of the best place to enjoy the football match in Glasgow. A lot of screens, you can actually see more than one match at the same time. Drinks are reasonably priced but food is bit overpriced. Don't order fries. They have two pool tables as well. You can enjoy the game for just one pound.

Great bar on Sauchiehall St , in the centre of Glasgow. Friendly, welcoming staff who help create a good atmosphere. Excellent for sport as guaranteed to be able to see several TVs/big screen. Have been in on a Champions League night and had THREE different matches on. Also have good deals on craft beers and a great pint of Tennents. Great place to grab a pint and a bite to eat for the footie or if having a night out in the town. Highly recommend

Wow! What can I say about this place? Food was excellent! Every time I’m in I have the chicken wings! They’re awesome either by themselves or with the buffalo and blue cheese! As for the drink, it’s easily the best pint of Heineken in Glasgow! Also strangely hard to find a pub with pool tables and sky sports that isn’t a haven for tramps! Great, friendly atmosphere, no matter your team, for the football! As for the staff, always friendly and helpful. Definitely my go to place when visiting Glasgow. Would recommend to anyone........ANYONE! 😊

Local pub! Great atmosphere and lovely staff! Drinks are reasonably priced and awesome deals such as 25p chicken wings on wednesdays and 25p churros on a Tuesday. Also to add they have a great reward card, I managed to gain £30 worth of points in a few months! Definitely recommend😊

Really good bar food includes a number of vegan items along with more usual stuff. Great quality, and definitely a cut above Wetherspoon-esq food. It has a relaxed vibe and is spacious so it's great for meeting friends for a drink or for a casual bite. However, the best thing about the place is the staff - they're super-friendly and welcoming with a laid-back attitude, but totally efficient and helpful.

It depends what you are looking for here, if you want somewhere to go for a boxing or football match, the hall is a fine venue with a decent selection of beer (although their guest beers/IPAs are expensive) and numerous TV screens (including a giant projector screen). Other than that, I do not think much of The Hall. The service is sometimes not very good and it can often take a while to be served at the bar. The food is probably as good as you'd expect from somewhere like this, comparable to Wetherspoons. Myself and two others were once watching the semi-final of the Darts World Championships (MVG vs Rob Cross) here back in 2017. It was an extremely tense and exciting final that ran on til about 00:05, but at 00:00 on the dot, 5 minutes from the match finishing, the bar staff turned off all the screens and asked everyone to leave. It's a sports bar and they turned off the best darts match of the year 5 minutes before it finished so we missed the end!!! We were absolutely disgusted at this, as was everyone else who had spent the last 4 hours buying drinks in their establishment. I tweeted them about this but of course they did not reply, and we have now blacklisted this bar as a result, however I still feel 3 stars is appropriate as it's a decent place to watch a football match or boxing match due to their beer choice and plethora of TV screens.

As an ex barman of 15 years i know the trade and the Hall is one bar that i rate high. Great for sports, pool, food especially the wing wednsdays where its 25p a wing and they have a great selection of sauces. The menu is fantastic with a good variety and the prices not only for food but alcoholic drinks are very reasonable The staff are always friendly chatty and helpfull. Theres only one thing i critisise and thats they dont do 25p wings all week because i could eat them every day they are that good.
