What an absolute gem of a find. I’m so glad we stumbled in this Glasgow well established bar. Great service, great cocktails. Just perfect. If you are visiting Glasgow or have the privilege of living here, this place is a must time and time again. Thanks Max and the team for taking care of us.

Nice outdoor area. Food is nice, especially the manchego croquettes, yummy. Service is quick and friendly, cocktails were good although some of them quite small. Not impressed with the menu app to order with your phone, very fragmented and difficult to explore.

All I can say is holy moly! We ordered from Chicken Shack @ The Locale for home delivery and were very impressed. The flavours were incredible, the portion sizes were massive, and the delivery was very speedy which meant our food was lovely and warm and ready to eat. I would give even more stars if I could. We will definitely be ordering again soon!

Taco Tuesday was a lovely surprise! The food was exceptional and really well priced. Towards the end of our evening they started playing some great tunes. Staff were excellent. Would definitely recommend!

Was just here for some drinks so will need to come back and try the food but service was excellent and friendly. Good pint and nice cocktails. Perfect spot out the back for a beer garden to sit and enjoy the sun on a nice day.

Great wee bar for food and drink, the upstairs bit does get a bit hot when the hearing is on but otherwise it's a great bar. Food is amazing and drinks are priced reasonably. The staff are all sound too!

Funky bar; I feel young here. Slightly pricey (£5.90 for a pint of Pravha) but being cool comes at a price.

SUPERB VENUE IN ALL RESPECTS My wife and I attended an evening wedding reception here which had around 100 invited guests from a range of ages. The entire bar, and good sized rear patio/barbecue area was made available to the party. What made it stand out was the attention to detail. The owner and staff were fabulous. From the friendly Steward welcoming us at the door, the very efficient bar staff ( and there were plenty ), DJ, and barbeque chef, everyone and everything was ready to go, and nothing was a problem to them. Due to this, the only queue I saw were guests rushing up to get seconds at the barby! The food was hot, freshly cooked and mouth-wateringly delicious. It was a fabby night and I highly recommend The Locale.
