So I'll sound like an idiot, but I got literally emotional when I walked in here. I felt so at home! I've never been here before but it's one of my favourite places in Glasgow. Nice big drinks. The audience is relatively the older metal heads. Music was great, I could sing along often. They do have a staircase to hell for the women's toilets though! 🙃 (There is another women's toilet available.) It's creepy but also part of the experience ha ha ha Toilets are plentiful and clean. I haven't tried the food but I'll happily come back for it someday.

Favorite bar in Glasgow. Been going here for nigh on 20 years. It always has a friendly atmosphere, decent food, nice staff, good music, plenty of beer and a pool table. What else do you need.

My go to place when in town. Almost a day 1 customer from way back in the day! Always a good place for music and the atmosphere is great! The grub: Excellent, the Staff: Excellent; seem to have a knack of getting the right people to employ.

Plus you get to here fantastic tunes and a display of rock memorabilia. A great place to start the night before going to a rock concert. But generally a fantastic gem anytime of the week.

Very friendly and welcoming. Popped in as was facing the train station to have some food and drinks to warm us up on a cold Scottish day while waiting on our train. The food was superb and staff were so nice. Place was well kept and look forward to our next visit. Would totally recommend it.

Superb music of the obvious genre, great surroundings, a brilliant selection of beers, ales, wines and spirits at good prices and a second-to-none staff who are friendly, efficient and helpful. ♿♿♿♿ Just your average rock and roll bar but with some great music memorabilia on the walls. The staff were friendly. There was a very unpleasant smell the day that we were there.There were disability access issues like a very small entrance and the disabled toilet was so small that to use it I had transfer out of my wheelchair which was difficult I kept hitting the walls and then had to push my chair out of the bathroom to use it. Don't think I will be going back. Got a nice reply from someone there

Great boozer, can be hard to get a seat when busy. Usually has a movie with subtitles on the TVs but with banging tunes playing. Pool downstairs, toilets were done up to a very good standard

Visited post Covid first lockdown (30/09/20) staff are accomodating and helpful with all hygiene practices in place. Amy and Sarah whom where the only two staff behind the bar that night where always courteous and respectful. Despite the night becoming busier they always knew whom needed serviced next and were exemplary in their service. NB (I was not endorsed to say this. Just genuinely appreciative of Amy and Sarah's service that night)

This place is, as expected, LOUD, and allsorts of great rock music fills the room. Good selection of beers and spirits, and fair selection of pub-grub. Quiet(er) area downstairs, complete with pool table, if that's what you want. Handy for Central Station (right across the road). The one thing that let it down on my visit, was the smell. It smelled like the cleaners had been using a dirty mop, and I couldn't figure out where the smell was coming from (the toilets, or the main bar), but it wasn't good. Sort this out, and it would be worth another visit. Please like.

Great pub, been going here for about 8 years made to feel welcome everytime, great music and they take requests. It's dearer than say a Wetherspoons of course but for a bar right across from central it's very reasonable, staff are always friendly. 10/10

When you feel like they may be coasting, they redo the and recover the bar top, get in a few new draft beers and ramp up the music and quizzes, and they reclaim their title.
