g. s.The kind of mad, friendly place where you end up having interesting conversations with people who previously were complete strangers. Nice range of beers.
G. P.Amazing place. Just GO! Great beer. Nice and small and the landlord is great fun. The upstairs is not to be missed if you want to play some guitar or piano, or just some darts, chess or board games. Great place and great music.

F. G.Lovely, eccentric, friendly micropub selling eclectic beers from around the world. Great looking piano bar upstairs, and outside seating too. Great music that's as eclectic as the beers. A lovely little find in the backstreets of Gloucester.

c. l.We stumbled across Angies on a short break and it was the highlight of our time in Gloucester. Brilliant atmosphere with staff that are engaging, knowledgeable and passionate about music, plus great drinks too!
This is the kind of venue that the locals should be proud of and rally around during these troubling times for small businesses.
G. J.Fantastic find Small though perfectly formed bar with a lovely further room upstairs that also has a piano & guitars for those showoffs amongst us.Great selection of drinks / ales. Staff & clientele very friendly, great way to finish the evening with some work colleagues.
