L. G.Went for a family meal, greeted by the manager who was very attentive. Our waitress did forget a few things (cutlery and an ice bucket when we ordered wine for the table) it was clear she was new/inexperienced but I felt that she was getting the right support as when our drinks and food arrived another server assisted her. All the staff we very friendly and efficient. Really lovely atmosphere. Would recommend.
J. C.First visit, found by getting lost and we loved it! Food cooked by Steve and Darren was wonderful and so reasonably priced, we will definitely go back. The atmosphere was great. Place is so stylish, comfortable and beautifully clean. Staff Katie, Ben, Chris and Megan very attentive and charming. Would definitely recommend.
T. G.I moved to the area in April and not long after, I started taking my daughter to the toddler and baby group, every Tuesday morning. It's a great place to meet new people. Not only has my daughter made friends, but so have I. The staff here are super friendly, there's a real family vibe. And the food is delicious. The service is fantastic. It quickly became one of my favourite places to go.
K. B.The Barn Owl is overall a lovely pub to visit, family and dog friendly (bar / gardens). The staff are always friendly (Stacey is great and always checks allergens), usually very quick service and manager seen frequently overseeing staff.
The food can vary a bit between chefs, some times is excellent and others slightly disappointing (overcooked) whilst I have done the keep quiet thing I know they would change it if I asked. The last few meals have however been good and this keeps me coming back. Menu has good options and bar is well stocked, with some new offers on. Its only missing a proper kid play area bit to really keep kids entertained while parents are enjoying a drink.
b. b.Fabulous food, great service. Went on a Thursday night for the steak night. Me And my wife both had a rump steak, medium to well done. The steak was cooked to perfection, it came with chips, peas,2 onion rings, half tomato and half a mushroom. Also we had a bottle of Rose wine, all for £25, you also had the choice of red and white too. The steak was recommended by our server Jamie who said it was a good cut tonight, he was completely right we both thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Would recommended to anyone to give the Thursday night steak night a try. It starts from 5pm. You won't be disappointed.
J. C.We have been here for lunch, the building is nice, with really high ceilings and the typical structure of a barn showing. The reason why I’m only giving 3 stars is the food, obviously it is a pub kind of place but still I think the dishes could be improved (I had the Hunter’s Chicken).

We have come today with the new menu and the staff on duty Stacey and Katie recommended the burger to us which they had tried in a taster day they had. We went for that me and my partner and we enjoyed it very much. This is our local pub and the staff are very friendly.
F. A.Very nice location where this pub is set. Good play area outside for small kids. When you go into the put it is nicely set out.
Good selection of drinks and friendly and attentive staff.
My only reason for not giving 5 stars was that the food took quite a while to come out and they brought all the adult meals out first and not the kids
