O. P.I work in care and came in with one of my clients who is autistic. He enjoys colouring. The bar staff were very friendly and chatty even letting him have a colouring pack. It was very kind. Also food was great and at a great price.

F.We came for lunch on a Sunday in September 2022, 2 of us had a main meal from the menu which looked and tasted lovely, 2 of us had roast, we were disappointed with the roast, the menu said pigs in blankets served with the meal which didn't come with the meal, I pointed this out, 2 pigs in blankets were delivered, unfortunately they were over cooked, the roast potato's were greasy an over cooked, overall an unappealing meal.
The staff were very pleasant and very helpful.
S. D.I've been here a few times now, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the staff are all very friendly, beer garden is a welcome edition in the warm summer evenings.
I've not eaten here yet but friends and family say the food is great and good value for money.

P. M.Quiet, clean and spacious building with plenty of room to sit outside. Service was excellent as was the selection of drinks and menu. We enjoyed our stay and will visit again when in Gloucester.

T. G.I can't recommend this place enough. If you want a nice pint of ale and a bloody good meal then this is the place for you. The staff are friendly the decor is nice and the whole place is clean and tidy. My wife and I have eaten here on numerous occasions and have never had a bad meal. It's well worth calling in 😁
