First Class... Just had my order delivered promptly to my house. I'd like to say that the food was great but I can't - it was amazing. Quite possibly the best Indian food I have ever had for sure. Thank you Railway Tandoori. Me and my wife and children really enjoyed our food. Please pass on my compliments to your chef.

My wife and I was celebrating our honeymoon. We visited the railway tandoori as a treat. We blown away with quality food and service. The food was absolutely first class. Simply brilliant! Tucked away in a side street this old charming pub ( downstairs) With a stunning contemporary tandoori restaurant upstairs! Order food and eat in friendly atmosphere....order drink separately and pay at the bar or when drinks are brought to you. Five Big Stars.

Stunning food with a great hostess who makes you feel very welcome. Great choice of food which is full of flavour and plentiful, the nan breads are especially good. Being above the Railway Inn you've got a well stocked bar with a great choice of beers, wines and spirits to choose from.

Superb 😋 Service and food was exquisite. We all had different curries and each of us thought the flavours and freshness of the food was the best we had ever eaten in an Indian restaurant including the naan bread which were cooked to perfection. Definitely will be our new regular takeaway 😊 …

We heard great things about this Indian restaurant. Having previously ordered elsewhere we decided to try them. Wow what can we say, from the minute of calling them the help they provided around vegan options to the delivery and the easy payment options was outstanding. Then the taste of each dish was truly fantastic. Ok maybe we did pay a little more but we will definitely be ordering again because a little more cost for 100% satisfaction is worth it.

Excellent Lamb Jalfezi and pilau rice. At last, a decent restaurant close by. 4 stars this time, only because the Jalfrezi could have had that extra bit of kick. Service was exceptional, and a pub downstairs. Perfect! See you next Saturday.

Why a place ! Brilliant Selection of beers also has an Indian restaurant above great food lovely staff. A must do visit is advisable. They have won Award for there there ranges. My dad went there once a week with a few of his friends walking all the way from Cinderford. So shows how good a place this is. Lovely open fire with a flag stone floor. Got to go ! Got to go ! Excellent! Really a rare diamond in the pub/bar world! Such a mix of people here, I have always had a brilliant time during my visits to The Railway Inn! Really a brilliant venue for all different ages and for all different needs. Brilliant live music on most Friday nights, a massive selection of beers, ciders and lagers from all over the world as well as an excellent Indian restaurant/take away above. The only pub in the UK that I know sells the excellent "Beer Lao" Definetley worth a visit!!!!!!!! Highly reccomended!!!!!
