D. H.Really lovely pub in the centre of Hereford, very helpful staff who kindly opened a side door to allow wheelchair access for my mother. Although the pub appeared to be quite busy, the staff were very attentive, even bringing a bowl of water and biscuits over for our dog. The food was delicious and excellent value, and despite a mistake being made with one of our orders, a replacement meal was extremely quick in coming out to us without any fuss. I'm sure that we'll be returning in the future, and will also recommend the Imperial to others
S. L.Dropped into here for an early evening drink and stopped to eat. Doesn't look much from the outside but inside is spacious, bright and modern. Excellent value for money and all the staff are super friendly and helpful. Manager: keep hold of them!
T. S.Visiting the city decided to have a bit to eat before returning home. So we booked in and sat in the beer garden, we'll laid out, could sit under cover or in the open. Staff very helpful, very surprised at the menu, we were not expecting much. Have got to say it was all amazing and will be returning again.

m. s.Sprawling city center pub, good menu choice. Ample space both indoors and outdoors. Great welcome by the bar staff.
