I've been here a couple of times now, once just for drinks and once for food, both times I really enjoyed it. The atmosphere is really nice and I love the decor, the cocktails are really great, they have an extensive cocktail menu which includes many classics as well as some house specials including a really cool colour changing one. The food is also very nice, I had the prawn Thai green curry, my partner had the house burger and our friend had the chicken skewers, we all really enjoyed the food. Well worth a visit!

Amazing food. Staff very friendly. Good atmosphere. Dry January, so can't comment on the beer, but the lime and soda was top notch. Window seats great for watching the world go by - lots to see on Prinny Ave.

Decent cocktails but the food was atrocious, what a let down. Oily 'edamame', the bao buns were the driest in the world, the fried chicken dishes lacked the Asian flavour that the menu promised.

Went for lunch here on Sunday. Place was quiet so no problem seating 8 of us. Food is priced on par for the area as are drinks- £4 for a pint of Heineken. Service was friendly and quick. I had the sirloin steak burger which was substantial and tasty. I wish it was served on a plate so I didn't have to deal with a basket of fries but that's a small complaint. My only real gripe is that there are so many bars in the area that feel a bit identikit... Similar menus, drinks and atmosphere. Still, I would recommend this place to any in the area.

I came to Indian Lounge, as it is now called, in a party of about 20 people. I'll definitely come back because the food was amazing, but next time as a couple or four because their organisation and coordination in serving the big group was a lot to be desired. I'm sure it is just teething trouble, though. The manager and front of house staff were diligent and friendly, the bar well stocked. From their festive menu I had a whitebait starter then an okra-based main with rice and roti, and it was all delicious.

Called in today on spec around 4:45pm. I commented to my friend how hard working the waitress was. She never stopped. She was a credit to the place. I ordered the Steak that came with Parmigian Fries. Was going to ask for a steak knife, but found I didn't need one. Well done capped of a perfect day.

Newly opened with new owners. Great staff - incredibly friendly and very accommodating; I had the best ever first night in Hull! Epic food (huge meat skewers) for a decent price. Inventive, tasty (and rather strong) cocktails on offer. I highly recommend this venue.

As a Coeliac I fear going to eat out and worry there will be nothing for me. Well not anymore I can have starters mains and dessert. The Salmon Dauphinois and Corsican Cod are beautiful. All food is presented lovely and good value for money. The surroundings are nice too.😊 there was 6 of us last night including 2 children and everyone of us said what great food and place it was.

Staff are friendly and welcoming, cocktails are ok, some are a little too sweet for my taste. Main issue was having to wait an hour for our food, I wouldn't have minded as much if we were told this would be the wait when we ordered, when it did arrive it wasn't the most flavoursome meal we've eaten but we were so hungry, chips were the best bit. Sadly don't think we will return, shame as the venue decor and staff could make this a smashing place.
