The second leg of our gin night run out experience. Nice place and a vibing atmosphere with a good selection of gin, but you can have the whole experience only on specific days and hours—Saturdays at 1pm and Mondays at 18:30. I will give them for sure a second try.

Busy, lively and vibrant. A great place to hang out after work. Tried the whisky tasting board. It was great! Well thought out matching the flavours of the whisky to food, very contrasting flavours of whisky in the selection of three. Japanese, Irish and scotch. Enjoyed it. Personal tip of you to try it... I bought a voucher for gin tasting and it was really good. The guy who was giving the talk called Tom, was amazing. He was really informative and energetic.

Nice bar with many gins options. Nice atmoaphere. Recently went back for a wine tasting and there was a LOT of wine to drink (a full bottle per person minimum). The manager of the place is doing the wine tasting and is very knowledgeable. Unlike other wine tasting you are given only 1 glass, so have to either drink each wine or decant it into a bucket. I wished we had a different glass for each wine, so we could compare them with each other and keep them all until the end.

Love this bar. Great atmosphere and a fantastic range of gin and whiskey. We counted 260 different gins on the menu. The service can be a little slow but the drinks are well worth it. Once booked onto a gin tasting session here which I'd recommend anyone to do.

Superb selection of gins and spirits. Great two for £10 deal on house cocktails. The owner is a great guy too, always willing to chat about his latest gins. Nice outside area, usually busy but you can always get in. It has an upstairs area for when it gets busy too.

Super selection of wines and spirits, also lagers and beers. Lazy is the word, really nice ambience, laid back atmosphere super staff and great food. There are a couple of hundred different gins to choose from varying in price as well as a great selection of whisky and brandy. Gets busy at weekends with the happy hours but we'll worth a visit!

Comfortable small bar with a great menu. We had a slight problem with one dish being served after everyone had finished but we still enjoyed our visit. Ideal place for a special occasion, drinks with friends or an after work drink with colleagues.

I found this place after a Google search for whisky bars in Leeds and I wasn't disappointed. My visit was on a wet weekday afternoon and it was completely empty so I can't comment on the ambience, but it was definitely comforting to me with its big leather sofas. The whisky list is huge, a wide variety of all types Scotch/Irish/American and Japanese at reasonable prices which allowed me to try some of the more expensive bottles I was thinking of buying. Close to the train station I would visit again to try more whisky, or even gin as that menu was twice the size of the whisky menu.

Extensive gin menu with monthly specials to make it easy to try new things. I've been for casual drinks, gin tastings and special event evenings with gin distillers and all have been fantastic. I'd highly recommend the Gin Tasting evening to learn about the history of gin and try a great selection along the way

Nice bar, good drinks offers. Would have more stars but on my last visit some of the 'regulars' were extremely rude to a friend of mine just because he is tall. Not the venues fault but as 'regulars' they do make up some of the experience.

Among my favourite bars in Leeds. I usually judge a pub/bar on two fronts: can I sit there quietly with a book and enjoy myself during the day, and does it have a good atmosphere at night. A bar lives and dies by the booze it has on offer, and the pricing of the booze. When Aspall is the default cider that you have on tap you're off to a good start. Making the pint £3 is even better as I often find myself paying more for a worse pint in other locations. During the day there are few things I like more than sitting in the Lazy Lounge with a pint of Aspall, sitting on their sofas with a good book. I just wish I had more time to do this frequently. It's a small place so it can get very busy very quickly on an evening, but the key thing is that it is on the outskirts of the centre. If this was bang in the middle the size would be a problem. It's got a wonderful selection of gins and whiskeys from around the world. I rarely sample the gin section, but I've had a lot of the whiskeys on offer and the staff seem to know which one to recommend to you depending on what you ordered last. Very lovely bar, will make sure to keep looking for excuses to meet people here.

We where gifted a voucher as a wedding present and chose the whiskey tasting and the wine aswell. They are both good tasting boards the wine (my wifes choice) was good she said. The whiskey (my choice) had a world range as it was Japanese, scotch and Irish all are very nice depending on your taste.After the 3 that where part of the tasting board I tried some others of there extensive menu (40+) these where also very nice and covered every possible choice of flavours and area of whiskey.

My favourite bar in Leeds. Out of this world selection of gin and amazing cocktails, all packaged up in a small cosy bar in the centre of Leeds. Has been my choice of after work drink locations since I started working in Leeds 4 years ago.

Lazy Lounge is a lovely venue. It's a bar with a modest amount of seating and attracts a tasteful crowd. There's plenty of seating upstairs but this is often booked out for functions. It can get pretty busy on a Friday evening after five but if you can get a seat, it's worth a visit. There's also seating out the front where you can drink if the weather is suitable. Food here is decent as well but this isn't a restaurant. There's several restaurants, hotels and convenience stores nearby. The location is perfect for people that work bear Park Square; great for a cheeky drink after work! Staff are good and not overbearing. The thing that sets Lazy Lounge apart though, is lazy hour, the prices are crazy good. Give it a try on a weeknight after five; it's relatively quiet then and you won't regret it. Next door is the Postal Service; also worth a look!

Great wine tasting that is guaranteed to leave you inebriated, but better informed. It's fast paced and quite loud, so not for everyone. The bar is nice and has some drinks that are less well known.

Not from the area but came to Leeds for my brothers graduation. I’m vegan so struggle sometimes to find places to eat and although nothing on the menu is vegan the staff were so helpful and put together a vegan platter for me which tasted absolutely amazing, not many places would provide that kind of service and the young lady serving us (sorry didn’t get your name!) even offered to go to the shop to get a vegan alternative for me. Couldn’t recommend more and will definitely go again when I come back to Leeds, thankyou! :-)

I went for lunch. Food was goodand the beer very good. The waitress was exquise and very nice. I loved the atmosphere of the place, and its decoration. Prices were very correct. They have a lunch formula. I recommend it.
