The Regent is a great pub with loads of great cask beers and lagers. A nice gin selection too. The bar staff are very friendly and always give you a warm welcome..

Regent is a lovely Chapel allerton pub, one of the last actual good pubs in the area. It's a cosy place that shows lots of sport, and also does nice beer. Great place for a pint.

Monday night was Quiz night in an actual pub (not on zoom hurrah). A great selection of non alcoholic drinks (especially ginger beer) as well as alcoholic ones. Definitely going back. Thanks guys back to normality and fun.

We visited for Sunday lunches on Father's Day. Lovely meal and customer service, but wait times were a quite long on food (we managed fine, but others with young children might find it problematic). Won't prevent us from visiting again as expect it was a combination of factors that affected the kitchen (outdoor tables, football trade, Father's Day demand etc)

Haven't been to the Regent in years but thought we would stop in for a quick pint. The staff were so welcoming and friendly and couldn't have been more helpful with getting us seated with our double buggy. Their safety measures that they have put in place are excellent and we felt very safe. Definitely recommend!

I have not been in Regent for a while must have picked the wrong night full of Teachers worst for ware and singing (badly)christmas hits had one beer and went elsewhere maybe try again hopefully on a school day😂

First time back at the Regent tonight and I was so very impressed with the due diligence exhibited by staff tonight in the face of some clientele who struggled to follow the basic mask wearing requirements. Used to be my local pub. Relaxed atmosphere with friendly and helpful staff. Selection of board games for complementary use. I've never eaten here but they have a varied menu and the food seems really nice at a competitive price.

Pub needs a bit of a revamp as in new flooring and seating. Food was OK however chicken was over cooked making it dry and the crust on the pie was also over done making it burnt. Decent pint of Guinness and a friendly bar lady

THE place to go if you're in the area and you're a sports fan although on big match days can get extremely busy. There are 2 seperate bars with a total of 5 TV's so they split the viewing. A good choice of beers on offer with good staff to serve. Definitely a winner.

Bartended here and lived upstairs for a while with Marc & Allison back in 1988. Used to have a punters side and a posers side. Pulled pints of bitter, mild & imperial. Had a great time.
