Totally love Tapped, we ordered a pizza and went for a hot and spicy one, it didn't dissapoint, so many times we go to places that say hot and spicy pizza and it doesn't even warm your mouth. Well done tapped for actually making one that was hot and making my husband cry. We love the decor, the beers the cider and sitting in the window people watching. We will be back soon.

I like Tapped, it's near the station and I usually pop in for a beer when I'm in Leeds. On my visits, they've always had some interesting stuff on cask and it's been kept well. They serve pizzas and they were decent enough if not spectacular. Service is functional if not friendly. I had an issue with a dirty glass on my last visit which isn't really acceptable in the age of dishwashers.

Used to be my favourite beer and pizza place near the station, but the selection of beers has decreased and prices have shot up. Last time I went, they had no stouts but one can of Stay Puft in the fridge; they used to have a huge range of everything, and the staff who geeked about beer have mostly left. Bundobust and North are now my picks for quick beer and food near to the station, I'm afraid.

Second time here while in Leeds and I’m never disappointed. The pizza was lovely and the 3 dips are lovely too we chose Garlic, balsamic and olive oil and bbq. They have vegetarian options and also alcohol free beer which was lovely too.

Well this is a fab place to visit. Big copper fermenting vats, pizza oven and a huge selection of craft beers brewed both in-house and outside. The wine is a tad expensive at 8.50 for a glass of sauvignon blanc but it was a damn fine one. Fab selection of beers, great atmosphere and the bar man was good at selecting a nice beer for me. I didn't like the Ausdie one but the others were all good. Will return on our next Leeds visit.

Great selection of cask ales on. All in good condition, but were served well below the "best temperature" for maximum flavour of the beers. We had to wait at least 10 minutes for the beers to warm up, and as there were 7 of us, it was more than just one specific beer being cold. Good atmosphere and friendly staff, very clean and welcoming place.

Great beer in an informal bar. Not as much choice as on previous visits but understandable on a Tuesday evening post pandemic. Not many people wearing masks but that was ok as it wasn't crowded. They also do great pizza.

Finished our night here last night.. ordered two beers both cloudwater. They have a great selection of taps and bottles.. Plus two eye watering hot pizzas. Very very nice. Even had a game of battleships. They have a great pizza menu and they don't take long to appear. Update June 2019 No craft beer session in Newcastle or leeds is complete without a visit to tapped. Our session in leeds always ends at untapped with one of their pizzas.. The 7inch pizza is ideal after a heavy session. Great range of beers, tasty pizzas and lively atmosphere.

Another one of my favourite city centre craft beer bars. A good variety, although sometimes it can be hit/miss, most of the times one gets hits. I like the seating and atmosphere, although it can get very crowded at peak hours. Pizzas are among the best I've tasted in Leeds, so get them here!

This is a beer lover’s paradise, with such a great range of unique drinks on offer, all at incredible prices. The staff are very knowledgeable and able to recommend drinks depending on preferences and even if you aren’t a beer person then there’s the usual spirits and wine available too. There’s a really good amount of tables and seating available, including options for large groups. It can get quite loud during a busy evening but it’s certainly got atmosphere! I’d highly recommend here and I’ll continue to return whenever I’m out in the city!

There are brewing tanks in the main part of the bar, giving it that crafty feel but also take up a little space so can get very busy during peak times. A nice and modern bar in the heat of Leeds. Situated just a minute away from Leeds railway station. They have a fantastic range if beer, cider and wine, plus a great range of food including lovely pizzas and associated accoutrements. The staff are friendly and helpful too. I'd highly recommend.

Vegan food options are really good as well and they use Donner Summer who makes amazing fake meat. Fairly reasonable deal for an 18inch pizza and bottle of wine for £30. Maybe not where you'd go for wine but yknow.

I have a lot of love for Tapped, their pizza has always been top-notch and is even better for me as I've since gone vegan and they have decent vegan pizza choices. They also clearly mark their vegan beer, which is helpful. As they microbrew on-site, there is always a great selection of interesting beer and cider on offer. Tapped is almost always busy, but you can usually get a table within ten minutes. Due to the shape of the place, getting to the bar is easier if you're unencumbered by luggage/shopping. If you want a more relaxing experience, don't go on a Friday or Saturday evening. My friend noted that a margarita pizza is a good test of a pizza joint as it leaves you with nowhere to hide. Tapped passes this test with aplomb. There are regular offers on and pizza is served quite quickly, making it a good lunch option. They do also cater for those who are gluten free both in pizza and beer. The only minor gripe is the outside area is very limited, but due to it opening right onto the street, there's not a lot they can do about that. On warm days they open their fold away front windows though, so you can have a virtual alfresco experience.

Stopped here for some quick beers with my boyfriend after getting off the train from work. It was still quiet and calm. The beers we had were unique and tasty for sure. We had a bit of the garlic bread which were also great. It was a little pricey with few deals. We didn't have too much time there since I had hung around to pick up my child from her bus stop around the corner and no kids were allowed past 8. We left around 730 and the place was getting much busier. The service was responsive but you need to go to the bar to order anything. There didn't seem to be any table service. Our area was kept clean however. I wouldn't mind grabbing another beer or two here after work again.

Excellent Pizza restaurant come micro brewery that sells a lot beers brewed in the actual restaurant we got there before 12 and we was the only customers but within 30mins the place was filling up so worth going early, Don't start serving pizza till 12 but you can get a pint while you check out the menu. We got 1 large white wine and a pint of home brew and a 19" meat feast to share and 3 dips it came to £33 well worth the money.

Great little spot along Boar Lane. Fantastic variety of beers, most of which I've tried tend to lean toward the bitter variety. That said, there must be 20+ taps on offer all of which rotate frequently. If you're after something a little more exotic, they also offer a superb variety of international bottled beers (Belgians being my personal favourite). If you're after something to eat too, the pizza is one of the best in town, and you honestly wouldn't be disappointed if you went here just for the food alone. Pizza and beer... What's not to like?

I have been coming here for the last 3 years.This pub is a beer lovers paradise.The staff are so friendly and let you try before you buy.I tried a pump up the jam last week yummmm just tasted like a jammy dodger biscuit.Ive even had choc gateaux at this pub.They brew a lot on site and some beers quiet potent so go steady which you order. Had a great evening here with colleagues. A very busy and popular venue in a good position close to the railway station. Large open space with a shabby chic feel and a single bar running the full length down one side. Noisy but not too loud to have a conversation. This is a craft ale bar so has a wide variety of weird and wonderful beers to choose from. I prefer to find one I like and stick with it and that was the Czech lager which was excellent. Bar staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They also sell pizza which sounds a bit weird but they have a good selection, different sizes from around £8. Certainly worth adding to your itinerary if trawling the bars of Leeds.

Really great micro-brewery and craft ale pub, close to a number of good restaurants, Leeds rail station, central business district, and a short walk from many of Leeds' high-end shopping areas. Always have an excellent selection of beers and ciders on draft, as well as all the normal drink options. By all accounts a good food offering too but I haven't tried it. Only drawbacks are size: 50 people would fill it, and it isn't the cheapest choice. Good for a couple of drinks after work though!

Tapped is brilliant. The pizza is fresh and I've not had a bad one. Good selection of beer as this is their speciality if you want wine or spirits you are catered for but the selection is smaller. It gets busy and there is a fight for tables most peak time but the clientele are usually friendly. I really like this pub incase you couldn't tell. Staff are better than most in Leeds usually remembering were people are in the queue. The only real problem is that people know about it so it gets busy!

If you're looking for good, well-priced pizza and a lot of beer options this is the place for you! There are some good offers to reduce the price if you bring a friend (or a truly gigantic appetite!) and the pizzas all have fun names - I went for 'Living Fajita Loca' and only regretted one bite, which was orders of magnitude spicier than the rest. The ambience is also very pleasant - you can see the stills labelled with what they are brewing and the rest of the decor is pleasing without being gaudy.

Somewhat spartanly furnished bar near to the railway station. As its name suggests it concentrates on beer, you can even see the brewing kit there. All beers, be they keg or cask, are served from wall-mounted taps. There is a large choice, but they have explanatory notes. Pizzas are served too. Good place

I come here regularly and the pizzas are some of the best in Leeds but it's hard to rate much higher. Check your bill and order as there are frequent mistakes, I've been mischarged several times and given the completely wrong order several times. Beer selection is great but bottles are on the pricey side and draught often lacks the variety you'd hope for with the number of taps they have. Definitely worth a visit but there are better options for beer in Leeds if that's what you are after.

The beers on rotation are genuinely different from the craft merry-go-round elsewhere. Czech ales, regional cask beers from elsewhere and homebrew of various styles. The venue and décor could be a little better but it's a decent effort and above par overall. The pizza oven wafts smells across the room that are enticing while you're supping a drink. Quiet in the day which makes it nice to relax, and a nice hubbub on evenings other than peak times. Staff are on the whole friendly and down to earth, and care about what they're doing.

My advice would be to go on a Monday if you can for buy one get one half price pizza, although they are good enough to justify paying full price for. Veggie/vegan options for pizzas if that's your thing. Not a bad selection of keg beers and craft in the fridge. Cask is a little too warm for my taste. Great location right over the road from the train station. They brew their own beer too so you can sit beside the fermenters when enjoying your pizza!

Pretty lively pub. Went there misy to hang out with colleagues. I don't know much about beer but they have a good selection on tap. I tried a bitter pale ale and also found hefe weisse. Both quite good. My coworkers enjoyed some local porter.

Situated on Boar Lane Leeds, this is one of those trendy bars that aren't just bars anymore you know. No they also do murderously expensive pizza to boot, well I never. The bar is ok, lacks a little of the charm of the other independent bars that the city boasts. And it's a little cramped inside. Fine if you want a quick drink and are looking to splash out a bit on food. But honestly there are better place within walking distance.

What I don't get about this whole craft beer thing is; where's the craft? You're making beer, something that's been done by Kronenbourg since 1664 unless I'm very much mistaken, and actually to me, most of it seems to taste like earwax. And we couldn't sit down. Pizza was nice though.

Tapped is a really nice brewery, I recommend it for a drink and pizza with a friend. Their speciality is the variety of beers, some made by themselves. They use the beer as an ingredient for the pizza dough too, which is giving a very nice crispy taste. The staff is friendly and is helping you to choose the right type of lager, ale, blonde or pilsen according to your taste.
