Interesting that this pub is the only pub with this name, USP. Built around 1770 and sits in the attractive village of Aberford. There was unfortunately no handpulled cask beer on, as they were awaiting the dray delivery. So I don't know what the ale was like, but it is usually Theakstons, apparently. A few seats out the front to sit on and a few at the back. Several rooms. Old beams and good old fires.

Nice quiet pub, will walk their again from Garforth. That Partington walk is a walk not to miss. Or bike. A bit soft in the middle but definitely walkable.

Another great quick visit to the Arabian Horse. Took the extended family down for a couple of drinks on Boxing Day evening. Was a busy but very friendly atmosphere and bar staff were so pleasant and welcoming. We don't visit really often but feel proud to call it our local. Thank you

A fantastic hostelry, with a wide selection of beers, spirits and soft drinks for sale. Ambient lighting and sound to rest and absorb while choosing from the extensive British food menu. Reasonable prices.

Like the open fire place and is dog friendly. Could maybe do with a bit of an upgrade i.e. replace carpet with hard flooring throughout (just my opinion). Never been in the beer garden but hear it is really nice.

Great location and quaint looking pub especially from the front. The rear could do with work as it feels like you're sat in a car park rather than a beer garden. Also the pubs frontage is a road on a T-junction which is slightly awkward, if I had children and was sat in the front i'd be concerned if they were running around. Internally the pub feels a little tired for me. I havent eaten here so I can't say for certain what the food is like.

Nice friendly traditional rural country side pub. Inglenook fireplaces and stone flagged floors. Nice selection of beers and gins along with good pub food. Check whats on food wise other than there traditional Sunday lunch.

A good pub that I use to go to often when we where allowed they have a large area at the rear that is usable as a beer garden had some good nights in here.

Chef is fantastic! Sunday lunch is amazing , just like home cooked with very good quality meat and veg. Looking forward to trying the fixed price Thursday meals!

Nice English old fashioned pub, 4 or 5 cask beers and a good selection of other drinks. Comfortable seating, real log fire and the staff are very friendly and helpful. A great place to visit after a good walk, recommend.

Lovely friendly pub popular with walkers and cyclists passing through, so was surprised to find it closed at 12.30pm when I had checked online for opening times. 12 noon until 11pm, so after walking to the pub was disappointed to find a small notice outside saying winter opening hours 3pm until 11pm. Please amend your online opening times.

Was well kept from the outside. We couldn't get in as we arrived when it was closed. Hubby said it was 12pm it was open we got there 12.15 and stayed for a rest on the bench outside
