L. H.Nois Thai within The Old Peacock(temporarily named The Bielsa) . Fantastic Thai dishes, also do a three course lunch menu Tuesday - Friday. Can highly recommend the tamarind duck which is shown in the picture

Thai Kitchen Restaurant & Takeaway offering, fresh, fabulous, friendly & (freestyle street) food. Reasonably priced & extra tasty with a peaceful calming experience. I have been 4 times last month (hooked or what?). Always greeted with a warm welcome & polite friendly service. Thank you keep doing what you are doing. Well worth a visit. With the added nostalgia of Leeds United support.
S. R.Massively biased as it's right by Elland Road and was visited pre-match - unsurprisingly it was rammed, full of Leeds fans all warming up for the visit of Burnley. Having said that, the staff were proper on it, service was really good, the beer was in good nick and it was nice to sit out back in the garden and soak up the (lets be honest, nervous) atmosphere.
M. M.Great pub for a pre match beer. Well organised for large crowds. Real ale is very well kept when they probably didn't bother with the turnover on match days. Excellent.
J. S.Visited with friends..We had a beautiful meal in the restaurant, my partner is on a special diet and this wasn't a problem. The bar area is lovely, all staff friendly and attentive. Great atmosphere 👌

K. t. a. h. b. y.The Old Peacock now has a Thai restaurant in it. I was lucky to stumble upon this by accident. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced. There was also great selection of Real Ale from Ossett Brewery. At the moment there is 20% discount on the A la carte menu
If you like Thai food this is the place. Ample parking great service. A big five stars from me.

Didn't really feel too welcome at first and as we're still under COVID guidelines and sat down and waited while the staff spoke to other customers (assuming regulars by the friendliness between them) and was sat for a good 10 minutes (I was watching sky sports news so was fairly aware) before being asked what I'd like to drink which I though was ridiculous as there was only these other 2 patrons in
After which the service was fine as someone new was on shift
I will try again but I may be more hesitant, I'll update when I do try again

K. C.We had a lovely family Sunday lunch, we had to book a table but this was because there were 10 of us. The Sunday lunch menu is fantastic, really good quality ingredients and very good value. The kids have a separate menu which is very good. You can access the menu before you go, on their website. My family really enjoyed it and would go again. Highly recommend.
E. A.Pub is well known for its affiliation with Leeds United & its fans & quite recently became one of Yorkshires leading curry houses. There's a large selection of beers available & being an Ossett brewery pub, has its own brand of beer available.
It's a nice warm pub in Winter & in the Summer there's a large beer garden at the back with a Marquee to stand in

S. S.Visited here for the first time with my guide dog. Easily accessible and a great place to have a drink. My guide dog navigated perfectly but I don't think he will find it so easy on a match day due to it being packed out. Still a fantastic place to visit if you are a Leeds United fan
B. I.Good people, good beer, fantastic curries just a great place all round. If you get chance to go in then definitely do. The spiced mango that serves half the pub with top notch service and curries is the same one that is over near Hudds and carries on their good reputation in a new location. Mo the manager is one of the nicest most helpful chaps I've come across in a long time. One hundred percent I would recommend this place to a friend.

Went in last night, for a bite to eat with my girlfriend, and they've got everything spot on.
Nice and clean, plenty of seating, great big garden, great selection of beer. On the food side I've not eaten in a pub that's as well set up for dining. Tables set up including wine glasses, couple of young lads as waiters, though may not have been the most experienced, they were well mannered and helpful. Its good to see that even on a slow night, cutting staff to save labour wasn't on the to do list, but giving great customer service and experience was.

L.Great pub Leeds fans favourite pre match pint the bar staff are very friendly and helpful but uping the beer prices on match days is a bit rich especially with how much Leeds fans get ripped off as it is. The united bar up the road might not be furnished like furniture show room but it's nearly half the price for a pint than here so in a nutshell this pub as a great atmosphere but you pay dearly for it mot
M. T.Newly refurbished The Old Peacock is a fantastic new venue on the Leeds dining seen.
The eating area is welcoming, spacious and well equipped.
My partner and I started with the mixed bread as a starter. This we very nice with huge amounts of humous and other dips.
For main I asked for a main portion of the Ribs (only on as a starter), the ribs came and were massive. Although the edges were a tad tough the rest was fantastic and extremely enjoyable. Perhaps a finger bowl and separate dish for the bone could be an option for diners in the future. The chips/fries were very tasty and well seasoned.
My wife had the vegetarian pie, this came with a fantastic salad in balsamic vinegar.
Everything came red hot with speedy service. In fact the service throughout was excellent and friendly.
The bar has lots of real ales as you would expect and your regular lagers. I would like to see some different lagers in there than Carling etc.but hopefully this will come in time.
We will be visiting for dinner and tea again in the future, well done Ossett Brewery!

Carol arranged the meal and evening following the funeral of my son Paul .Everything from flowers food and hospitality to all the guests was first class .This was a very difficult time for the family and friends and I thank Carol and staff for their care and attention on that day
