Great little pub. Just stumbled across it on a visit to Leicester and was delighted with the selection of Beers. Nice atmosphere inside and friendly staff and punters.

My uncle, who is about as hilarious as a wet fish in the face, kept telling me about this place, (I teach, hence he wanted to take me to a classroom). The pub did not disappoint. Amazing selection of ales and beers. A lovely vodka selection too. Great seating, real science lab stools, a great evening indeed. Bravo all involved ☺️

the newly opened beer garden has taken this pub to the next level. lots of open space now and room to catch up with friends. dog friendly. fantastic selection of alcohol including a large gin and spirits collection, all with suggested mixers and garnishes. presentation lovely. staff attentive. they do food which you can order by whatsapp too - i haven't tried it but my parents tell me the food is really good too.

We visited recently to treat our elder brother who has had a stroke recently. Group of 5 adults. The bar maid was very welcoming. There is a good choice of craft beers , some had the stout and i had alcohol free IPA which was refreshing. We had 2 rounds. It was a sunny afternoon so had a lovely relaxing time. Recommend if you like craft beers.

On a nice summers evening you can't beat the atmosphere here. There's some interesting decor inside - just like... you've guessed it... a classroom! Great selection of local ales, beers, ciders, spirits, wines and snacks too. I wish I lived on this side of town so I could visit more often. Keep up the great work! (P.s. Badger/badge is the loveliest dog!)

First of all, beer. Great variety of cask and keg beers, lager and cider, regularly changing, well described on the board and by the staff who clearly love their jobs. With quality gins and tonics and a good selection of bar snacks, there's something for any non ale obsessed companions too. Some might say it's small, I'd go for cosy.

A lovely little pub with a real sense of community. Always busy but not crowded. Reasonably priced and a well themed decor. Welcoming for families and dog owners. Live music every now and then. I'd return more often if it was a little closer to home.

Steve, Ian and James run a most splendid establishment. All manner of real ales for every taste, you might even try one you thought you wouldn't like! Don't fancy an ale, cider is the next choice. Wines, all manner of vodkas and gins will please the palate. A wonderful place to while away an evening in calming surroundings, and you can learn as you drink. My favourite place to be 😆💜

Called a micro pub, yes small, two rooms. The tables were old school desks, hence the name 'Classroom'. It is a real ale dream pub, beer straight from the cask. Busy so the beer is not getting old. Many beers on tap, plenty of choice from session beers to strong ales. Dark ales, amber ales. All ales well described on the blackboard of course. Staff friendly and efficient. Will allow you to sample a beer before you buy a pint. For your non real ale friends, they do have wine and lagers. Wish I lived near Leicester, I would be there every day. I believe the do sell pies for those who need some solids with their pints.

Really nice micropub with an interesting theme, friendly ambiance, chatty staff (who were enthusiastic about their wares), a great selection of gins and an interesting array of ales. My only (minor) complaint would be that that ale was a little too cold - closer to what I'd expect from a key keg. This particularly affected the aromatics from the excellent Siren stout I had (until I'd managed to warm it up a bit in my hands).

Great atmosphere. Cosy, friendly, real ale pub. Limited seating but not usually an issue. Can sit outside too. Generally about 10 ales on, often a few have run out. And about 6 ciders. Helpful and friendly staff too. Can take away cask beer in cartons/bottles too

Very small place I tend to avoid at the weekend, but we'll worth a visit. A great selection of real ales there's always at least 3 to choose from and there totally different each time you visit. Posh gins a plenty and some interesting cans of beer available Friendly bar staff and nice decor

The idea of the place is great, but being small there isn't always anywhere to sit. By Saturday bight, there are less than half the beers available that are listed on the board. Disappointing to see one you like but sold out. Beer is good. No National Brewers.

This is a fantastic little micropub in a fairly quiet suburban street in Leicester. The ales on offer change so quickly it'll make your head spin, but it's all to the good. You're guaranteed great beer and knowledgeable banter. Thoroughly recommended.

Well-kept and well-explained ales (we had a couple of Midland stouts). A bit cramped but can be very snug if you successfully get a spot. It's dog friendly too, which is a massive plus! One of the chaps that ran the place came and talked to us for a bit which was nice, and we struck up a couple of conversations with randoms. Definitely coming back, but probably not when it's rammed on a Saturday night, as I'd want to sit in a place as small as that. If you're thinking about visiting then please do 👍

A small micro-pub, with an excellent range of fantastic ales. In addition to its very pleasant and nostalgic "Classroom"-themed internal spaces, it has a street table area, where we enjoyed a very pleasant hour.
