S. W.Love it here. Amazing food and service and great value for money. Bottomless brunch is the bomb! 2 hours can mix and match drinks and no ridiculous rules on finishing your last mouthful before ordering another. New favourite place in the bailgate and also dog friendly

Joe made us a gorgeous cocktail, and made our day extra special, thank you. Thoroughly recommended. Lovely drinks in picturesque surroundings, you won't be disappointed. The staff are an absolute credit to the pub. Nothing is too much trouble and we felt very well looked after throughout.
S. H.Went for bottomless brunch and it has been the best I’ve had so far. Food was lovely, good choice of cocktails and drinks, and Amy was very attentive making sure we always had a drink or anything else we needed. Would definitely come again.
M. A.Some of the best food my wife and I have had in England. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Lunch deal is a great deal and fills you up with tasty options. I ordered the BBQ beef brisket panini and it was fabulous. My wife ordered the Smokey Pulled Chicken panini and she loved it. The deal comes with a hot drink and cake or the soup of the day. The soup of the day was sweet potato and bacon and it was good, served in a to go cup for easy transport and eating. My wife got the hot drink, hot chocolate, and cake, a crispy and really sweet dessert.
We decided that if pubs like this place have food this good then we will keep exploring pubs, and this one has sunday slow roastes meats that we are going to try out this sunday, so I will update at that time.
We will come back.

Still a good place. Korean BBQ wings are very tasty and crispy. Tacos are, well they are disappointing, the chicken was the best. Mac and cheese is a little on the bland side, needed more flavor.
M. A.Fantastic pub and great food. We had the crowd pleaser platter to share between two of us and it was incredibly tasty and we were both stuffed so had to wash it down with some cocktails. The atmosphere was great and the staff were friendly, attentive and efficient, what more could you want.
A.Amy was absolutely amazing! Had the bottomless brunch and she was so attentive making sure we always had to drinks to get our moneys worth and just extremely good customer service! Would definitely recommend just for the amazing customer service!

S.Great staff always pleasent only negative is I think they could do with a smaller menu as due to the amount they offer the quality sometimes let's them down, also its just as easy to make real onion rings fresh again with a smaller simple menu it would be the best in Lincoln

There isnt a huge choice on the menu but I went for rack of ribs. Can honestly say this may have been the best ribs I've ever had. Meat falling off the bone and very nice sauce. As primarily a pub there is also a great selection of ales etc.

J. L.Good stop off for lunch on a wet afternoon. It was around a 45 minute wait for a burger and loaded fries - which was fine as we weren't in a hurry and they were very busy. The food was excellent, I'd certainly recommend a visit.

G. B.Stopped here for some well needed food and drink especially after walking up Lincolns very own Mount Everst ironically called Steep hill. Staff were really friendly and managed to fit us in even though it was super busy. If you like burgers try there Prince of Wales classic burger you won't regret it.

S.amazing food!!! one of the best place to go to in Lincoln! however I didn’t care for our waiter, Chester, he was a bit rude and judgmental. my partner and I don’t go out often so when we do, we like to pig out a bit plus we ordered a lot as it was first time there and we wanted to try a bunch of different things. but when ordering, chester cut us off and told us that was a lot of food (might i add he cut us off as we were ordering the last item). we felt fat shamed and honestly brought the entire mood down. he then tried to joke about it but we weren’t laughing. would have been 5 stars if he wasn’t our waiter.

With the covid situation alot of places I have been have provided a poorly intergrated app or a badly handled one way system to the bar.
The table service the pow is using is great as the staff are always passing by meaning your never left waiting.
The choice of drinks is good and seems their is something for everyone.
Recommended, and I will he returning often!

M. M.Having been a user of this pub prior to it's "up grade" and refurbishment, I was very impressed. It has been done to a high standard. I went in on the spur of the moment with my brother and his wife as we were visiting the Cathedral area. Although we didn't have food, the menu looked fantastic, particularly for vegetarians. Unfortunately one of the pints was as flat as a pancake! And though we were offered a replacement, I don't think it should have been served. We left wondering if we would frequent the place again.

J. R.Went to pub for sitting in sunshine and having a meal. My husband had Sunday Dinner and enjoyed it but never had beetroot on Sunday Dinner before. I had Crispy Duck Salad at it was first class. Just been out to America and the food their is amazing. Never had food in England like they do there but I would say the salad I had today was on par of how they serve salad there. So we'll done Prince of Wales. Only thing I can say is price wise the food in America where we stayed is so much cheaper than England. Why does England charge so much more for their meals.
