Fabulous atmosphere, safe warm and inviting place. Great beers on offer, plenty of places to sit and feel welcome. Great helpful friendly staff. Outside seating area. Wanted to attend last few years and what a pleasant trip. Deffo go again when over from Spain

Just a local pub, but the staff were so helpful and the prices reasonable. We held my aunties wake here and the pub put the food on for us and it was lovely.

A nice local pub. It shows most live sports. Local live bands play about once a month on Fridays. It is not the cheapest pub in the village but it is a friendly place .

A friendly local pub full of character and charm. The landlord and staff are friendly and welcoming. Great selection of beers and guest ales for those with a wondering pallet. Chock full of facilities and novelties including beer garden kids play area, pool table, live sport, live bands, kareoke, car park and the list goes on! The pub is also available for private hire functions. A real gem of a pub. Visit and enjoy.

A small pub which is kid and dog friendly. Staff were very nice and helpful. The outdoor play area was a hit with my child. It's an old style pub recognising there is value in opening its doors to families. Worth a visit and a good meeting point, but not (yet) a destination for families.

What can I say about the wheaty. A pub full of life and a lovely experience. The bar staff are absolutely fantastic and all know their jobs. Lee and Bev no comment needed .... they say it all. A lovely warm welcome is imparted as soon as you open the door. It's like having a second family. Bravo Zulu (well done). Can I have a free pint

We went there for a wake and they treated us like regular's.We had super service by Mrs Pickup as she made sure it went well,even to the point of having a whipround from the regulars to add to the bereaved 's charity.

My local, always friendly, good pint and you can get a bite to eat (pies and pasties) kid friendly with a beer garden and kids climbing frame. Oh and you can even take the dog.

Not only was I made welcome, so were my 2 wee dogs. Prices are spot on, bus stop, chippy, Chinese, Indian and supermarket less than 75 yards from the door. Ya can't beat that
