c. p.Great atmosphere, barmaid was absolutely fantastic serving during my team pool match against them. Lovely and clean with friendly customers. Price of alcohol isn't bad but I'm used to paying around 1 pound less at my local the anchor on the high street. All in all cannot grumble as it is a lovely place.
T. J.Great pub, amazing friendly staff, nice atmosphere. They are very dog friendly. Well worth a visit.
M. L.Fantastic staff. Warm and friendly welcome. Great history of the building. It's listed building and there is a spiral staircase discovered in the 1970s dating back to the 1700s. Coins in the wooden beams. Cards accepted. Highly recommended for any debates about life, the universe and everything. Including students, military etc. Far more authentic compared to some modern pubs. Thanks.

G. w.The witch & wardrobe pub in Lincoln town center a good all round pub for a drink there has a pool table at the witch & wardrobe and out side seating for a drink on a hot day or night in the back part of this pub. this pub could do with selling sandwiches at the bar like they did in the good old days.
D. M.This pub has lots of potential. Given its location it should attract more than it does. But we like it and the beers good and staff friendly. Right in the city centre so give it a go.

T. T.Great little pub. Locals are very friendly and welcoming. Bar staff extremely polite and friendly too. Always greeting customers when entering and smiling, catching customers when they leave to say thank you.
Tried the amazing cheesecake today, wow!! What can I say. It was delicious. Cannot wait for next weeks flavour. The chef and landlord (Dave) is very pleasant and is very knowledgeable regarding his products and also knows the history of the pub.
Looking for a good pub to eat/ drink and socialise, then the witch is the place to go.
Landlady is lovely and very welcoming to customers regulars or passers by.

P. B.Lovely little pub. We have a Monday night pool team and they are extremely accommodating. Always a fabulous atmosphere. Landlord and land lady are fabulous hosts, and always make the effort to speak to the customers. Great little pub

D. C.Coming from Sheffield as a birthday treat, my o/h brought me to Witch & Wardrobe. Upon entering we were greeted by a lovely barmaid. Very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was a decent, proper pub atmosphere. Nothing like the new kind of wine bars.
My only disappointment was there was no chef, so no food. I'd love to return at some point though

I believe that they are starting food, so I'll check that one out.
Complete new management team who co- own the still I believe, still a great pub to visit, nice sun trap beer garden with plenty of shaded areas too.

J. H.This could be a really good place to chill but the locals aren't too friendly. Beer garden leaves a lot to be desired and where you can sit along side of the water is taken over by smokers using all the area. Only thing in their favour is the beers!!!

Not really a place for students but they do serve great food and have a lovely beer garden out back along with a pool table inside. Customer service is great but it does have a rather small bar as its quite a small venue.

M. H.A bit of a locals/working man's pub but don't let thay put you off, the atmosphere is welcoming enough. Reasonable selection of drinks with a regularly changing selection of ales. The food is extremely good value for money, drinks prices are pretty standard for the area. Has a small enclosed beer garden and a jukebox in the bar.
