Great place to drink, very welcoming lovely friendly staff, great atmosphere, all the locals are friendly, nice big beer garden. Pool and darts and live sports. Best pub around.

I visited the Birkey for the Grand National on Saturday and although it was busy I still got an excellent service. Jordan in particular was phenomenal. Will definitely be back.

A low key, friendly local pub in Crosby Village. The staff seem to be well versed on their covid secure requirements. The toilets are clean although there was no toilet cleaning schedule on the toilet door. Convenient for the bookies and chippie.

Had a few drinks in the Birkey recently and they seemed to be up to date with recent pandemic precautions they have to take. Taking names for track and trace at the door with santiser provided. Staff friendly and drink prices reasonable. Large outdoor space, but not the prettiest of places to drink in at the back.

The Birkey is a great little pub well designed with comfortable seating and snug corners . It's a mix of mainly locals but welcome visitors and friendly staff the prices are very reasonable and it's brilliant for live sports with several big screens dotted about.
