Came here as I had been given a voucher for gin making. On arrival checked in given a nice gin and tonic. Then taken upstairs and given the ingredients to make my own flavour gin with the botanical. Great gin making and informative lessons. Fantastic gin. It's sealed so will open at Christmas. If you're thinking about this...do I!

This place is fantastic! All of the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The Gin Lab Experience is a must do. Steph, our lab guide, was awesome! She walked us through all the steps to making our own gin, answered any questions we had, all while maintaining a lighthearted, relaxed atmosphere while we created our individual gin.

Popped in on a Wednesday night as we were staying near by. Lovely atmosphere - music was on but it was quiet enough we could have a good conversation. Service was top. Servers recommended me several drinks after asking what I was after and we had a great chat about the history of the place and Liverpool. You can tell they genuinely enjoy what they do. The decor is lush, with display cabinets of the original Liverpool Gin bottles and parts of the distillery machines on display. My only regret is not going back to buy a bottle of Liverpool Gin.

We planned to have just a drink before we leave Liverpool. Ended up staying for 5 round tonight. Fayad & Ethan (apologies if I misspell) are absolutely amazing. They share their knowledge & expertise in gin. We tried 5 different gin (so 10 in total) and they were all AMAZING. They’re very welcoming and lovely. The whole experience is top notch. The highlight of our Liverpool trip. 11/10 would recommend - we’ll definitely come back.

Well if you like your gin this is the place to be. There are shelves and shelves of the stuff to choose from. If gin is not your thing there are plenty of other drinks to choose from. The staff are really friendly and helpful and are more than happy to steer you in the right direction

We did the £70 tour and made our own Gin, it was an amazing experience, our guide was Anton, he was so knowledgeable and the manner in which he took the tour was brilliant. We will definitely be doing the tour again and reordering the Gin we made. Would recommend anyone to go and try it out.

Excellent and refined spot. On the upper floor there's an enormous selection of crazy experimental gins, some of them brewed in-loco. On the lower floor there is a cozy leather-armchair spirits bar. The barman was very knowledgeable. He made us a very special gin tonic, and some interesting gin contraptions. Highly recommend the gin and ginger ale with cucumber and jalapeños.

We recently visited Liverpool for a couple of days and we came across this bar. The bar has a lovely setting and a good choice of gins and cocktails. Seating is comfortable and its very clean. The staff were absolutely lovely and very friendly. They had remembered us from our first visit as my partner had left his wallet the night before. They made us feel really welcome and the cocktails were absolutely spot on. Good quality products used which made the difference to the quality of the drinks. Definitely worth a visit.

Did the Gin Lab Experience, after a slight hiccup with the booking which they quickly and efficiently resolved we had the most enjoyable and informative evening. Plenty of gin to help things along and everybody went home with their own bespoke gin. I would throughly recommend this for any gin lover, especially good for a group of like minded people.

Definitely worth checking this distillery out. They have several brands and varieties of gin (including some brewed on the premises) as you'd expect, but there's also a number of other spirits add craft beers. The staff are very knowledgeable about gin and its subtleties. You can also pick up bottles of what you like or order for delivery from their website.

Had an amazing day at Liverpool gin distillery yesterday, on arrival we were greeted with a very welcoming gin & tonic and then taken upstairs to the gin lab. Our hostess was Steff who was very helpful and friendly and kept the gins flowing for the duration of our class. We had so much fun and will remember the experience for many years to come, thank you Steff and a big thank you to Becca for arranging the day for us. The Owen family would highly recommend this amazing experience.

My friend who is a massive gin fan was up from Surrey and wanted to go here. Temperature taken on entry, prompted to hand gel. Guided to track and trace list in a really friendly hospitable way. How sad is it when the first bit of a review is around covid safety measures.....moving on to more important matters - staff so very friendly and welcoming. Also very knowledgeable about their products and can discuss at length. My friend wanted a photo of herself in front of the distillery bit and the distiller working the equipment was more than happy to pose next to her behind his screen 😃. After his shift my lovely friend copped him and asked him loads of questions. I was like the poor guy just wants to clock off, but he was so happy to humour her and didn't seem to mind chatting to customers. Can't fault this place, surroundings beautiful, drinks spot on and the staff amazing, friendly, polite lovely people. Thank you for your hospitality, really enjoyed our visit. Will be visiting again!

Gin distillery with a bar serving mostly gin based drinks. There have quite the collection of gins beyond the ones they make on-premise. You can buy their gin by the bottle at the bar and the price was better than at some of the stores around Liverpool.

Saw this earlier in the day as we walked into Liverpool One and liked the look of the place. We weren't disappointed when we called in on the way back to the hotel. We had 2 lovely gins with their choice of tonic and they really enhanced the flavour of the gin. Not too expensive either. They also do tours and have nibbles.

went to this place recently to sample the gin drinks they had on offer. The most unexpected thing was that they were priced very reasonably. I was expecting the drinks to be more expensive. The range of drinks were very good and the knowledge of the bar staff was amazing. Great service and the drinks were gorgeous. lovely atmosphere in there and you can happily stay in there all night without breaking the bank balance. Highly recommend you try this, you will not be disappointed. if you are not a gin drinker then try the bar downstairs. lots of other drinks to choose from

Yesterday we had the most amazing day making Gin with Anton. What a wonderful experience from start to finish. He is warm friendly and knows a thing or 2 about Gin ! Great gin making experiance, only let down is it is a bit disorganised. We where left out of being called upstairs which left us confused as to what was going on ,the staff seemed confused and it seemed to be by chance we spoke to a manger/supervisor looking for us , we where right at the bar! They where very apologetic but we where then directed to the wrong room and it didnt start on time , slightly embarrassing! This was a treat as i have really bad anxiety n this didn't help .However once settled it was really good Alex (i think thats what his name was) was really funny and knew his stuff . Overall great experience just a bit of a shame about the start .

What an exceptional, unique, place. Felt like we were in the Upper East side of Manhattan - just incredible. Unlike any other bar in the vicinity and left feeling we had visited somewhere incredibly special. My daughter's birthday afternoon became even more memorable by the kind treatment and gestures of both staff and owners ( who, unknown to us, were sitting behind us). Thank you for your kind gift! The Wirral is crying out for such a place - so please consider opening near our home in Heswall/Caldy. I recommend unreservedly.

Amazing gins here, I’ve had the Whitley Neill rhubarb&ginger gin with tonic, raspberry gin with pink lemonade, and the Parma violet gin with lemonade and they’re all amazing! They do come in at about £9 for a double gin and tonic/lemonade, but well worth it! Definitely give this place a try!

The new boy on Castle Street, The ground floor bar is light and airy with a big still in the window. The drinks on the menu are all from Halewood International company, so Liverpool Gin and Whitley Neill. We did the Gin Tasting which is held downstairs which has the feel of a gentleman's club, the bar staff were knowledgeable and friendly and we had a good time, the downstairs bar had a good selection of rums and whiskeys

Drinks quality? 5 star. Security service? 1 star. Apparently according to legend the lift is only accessible to 3rd year Hogwarts students. If you attempt to DARE use said lift you will be greeted by some creature that resembles hagrid at the top- apart from said half giant half humans interruption the peeky blinder drinks were sublime.
